With less than a month of experience how do you think this sounds to anybody with say.....3 months experience?

It's beyond inaccurate it's just plain ignorant. With the way the Dev team is developing powers now, using their Activation/Dmg/End/Recharge or whatever the hell the formula is now, there is no way what you said can, or will happen.

Scourge doesn't start "Proccing" till you get a target lower than 50% their Base Health, which means in PVP if you have +HP Accolades and +HP bonuses it takes that much longer and is that much harder to scourge. Since s/l damage is the most common and highest resisted Damage type I really doubt anybody will be "gunning something down in a matter of seconds," if anything it sounds like death by papercut in the making.

Question I have. What are the Accolades? Are these enhancements of some sort?

Accolades are powers you can earn by completing certain missions, find certain map markers, and reading certain history plaques.

As pointed out earlier the Scourge inherent isn't the same as Critical Hit. The chance to Scourge proc is based off of the targets base HP and doesn't start until the target is below 50%.

Right...that's why they have closed/open Beta and internal Alpha testing. People cried about Psychic Blast being overpowered too.

Again, people said this with addition of Trench Coats, Dual Blades, etc. Sure you might see an influx of the powerset...it's a new toy after all, and you'll probably see "homage" characters. Trust me though, the game won't become "City of Dual Pistols".

The Dev's have already stated that they don't want to do anymore lvl restricted/locked AT's or Powersets after the Epics since it excludes players. Making a highly desired set (it was a top set on a "most desired powerset" survey issued out a while back) locked out to players is just a bad idea.

I'm going DP/Devices for an evil Blaster. I made a build on Mid's that looked very survivable with very little redraw....which is what I want. One thing I'm curious about is what Patron Power selections an evil blaster will get? In my build I went munitions epic and got body armor, which is a passive 8.5% resistance, but the Dominator and Corruptor Patron shields are toggles that give more protection. Anyone have an opinion on what Blasters will get?

This is purely a thought but, I am thinking that Dual Pistols will be very much like a ranged version of claws. Fast Animations, low recharge, not the best damage but still good. I personally think the blaster version of this set will be very good. Not to say the Corrupter version won't be good, I just mean the overall damage scale for Blasters will make Dual Pistols shine IMO.

Sorry for posting twice consecutively but the put a version of Dual Pistols on Mids? Or did you make your own version Jacobi?

No DP on Mids. I made one build with assault rifle/devices and another with archery/devices....I'm figuring I'll be able to do a very similar build with DP.

Also, I think it's been mentioned it's pretty much the consensus that DP will be the "claws" of ranged sets with very fast cast times and mediocre damage per attack which equals high DPS.

That suits me fine, I enjoy Claws. Hopefully there will be a good balance of AoE and single target damage powers in Dual Pistols.

I know some people are against it, but some of the elemental shots Gunslingers have would be cool.

Technically we still have absolutely no idea what Dual Pistols will be like. For all we know it'll be a ranged, lethal version of Energy Melee.
