I will Review Your Arc - VIDEO STYLE!

Thats right! I will actually review your arc AS I PLAY IT! Whats the cost for this fabulous feature? Nothing.

Nada, zip, zero, zilch.

I find that I do my best reviewing while I play. Coupled with the fact that I run a gaming website and could use the content gave me the idea to do this.

Basically, I will run 1 arc a week and review it. However, I will actually video me playing thru the arc, and comment as I play. This allows me to point things out as I go, and also make silly comments about the arc in general Or go OMG THAT SO OSSUM. Take your pick.

The first people up in the que are the ones who actually reviewed my arc from my previous thread, You play yours You play Mine Revised Edition.

I have the following characters availble to test with. Please point out in your post which one would be best used for your arc.

Rumble Shock - 34 SS/WP Brute
Mikahl Zarak - 26 FM/WP Scrapper
The Midnight Falconeer - 17 DM/WP Scrapper
Vendigroth - 7 Elec/WP Brute
(can you tell I like the WP Secondary?)

I play Solo on the lowest difficulty.

Current Que:

Mandu - Arc 113956 "The Devs Must Die"
Dragon Fist Tavian - Arc 164362
Cien Feugos - Arc 164839
JKevinCarrier - 99458, "The Unbearable Being of Lightness
Spatch - 21144, Spanks For The Memories
Ladioss_Sopp - Austrian Polytechnic ArcID: 19239

Next on the list? COULD BE YOU!

Oh and I forgot to mention! The reviews will be posted directly on my site, and I will link to them here. The direct posts that is.

The site in question is www.oneangrygamer.com

Wow. Awesome. I really want to post my arc, but its essentially one arc split into three parts, for an eleven mission epic. Seeing as how you got that one arc a week rule, I don't really want to clog up your queue.

I like that style sounds like how I try to review things...

so I'll throw my hat in.

Arc Name: The Praetorian Invasion of the Land of Oz
Arc ID: 168841
Faction: Praetorians/Custom Group
Morality:Heroic
Creator Global/Forum Name: @Sakura-Kishi
Difficulty Level: 3-4 out of 5 *each mission has at least one AV Mission 4 has 3. Missions 2 and 4 each have two Helper NPCs
Level: 50-54
Estimated Time to Play: 1-2 hours

I'd say take your highest scrapper or the Brute (if you don't mind doing a good guy story on an evil toon)... it's got EBs but I think you can handle them on lowest difficulty and 2 out of 4 times you got back up on this one.

Well, what the heck.

Mine isn't a serious arc, but it's full of customs with a fantasy theme going. Three indoor maps, no EB/AVs, but I've received comments that my custom critters are tough, so I'd recommend Rumble Shock or Mikahl Zarak. >_>

This is probably one of the greatest ideas ever.

Mine, if you would be so kind, is in my signature. 170506, "Threads" It is a heroic arc, so you may want to give it a go on the higher scrapper. But if you can suspend your villainous disbelief, then 34 brute would work.

My brute is mostly a Neutral character. Both brutes are in fact.

When the new xpac comes out both brutes are going Hero. And I may even reroll the scrappers AS brutes depending on ease of switch.

Also Mr Squid, I could do your 11 arc Epic, but in parts. Why dont you PM me about it and try to sell me on it

This really sounds incredible, Stomphoof, and I'd really be interested in seeing one of my Arcs reviewed IN STREAMING VIDEO!

-----

Arc Name: The Galactic Protectorate - -01

Arc ID#: 47143

Description: An alternate-reality Synapse needs your help to defeat a new enemy who threatens his world and may one day threaten yours. (Part 1 of a Multi-Arc Story)

Technical Details: The patch last week made my custom group easier, so it should be soloable provided you're using a solo-friendly character and don't have the difficulty turned up too high. There are no "Defeat Alls", there are no EBs or AVs, and the entire Arc is 3 missions long.

-----

Now, I'm off to review one of your Arcs in LIVE STREAMING TEXT!

I'll post it in your "You play mine I'll play Yours REVISED" Thread, just so I don't clutter this one up

EDIT: I'll have the Review up tomorrow night

I'll throw my hat in.

"Gamble for Oakes"
Arc ID: 103878
Levels: 6-12 preferred. Intended for people finishing up Oakes.
Length: Very Long
Missions: 5
Faction: Villainous.

Here's one. You might wanna wait till you level a bit more with your Brute but I know someone who had to be auto SKed had no problem with their mastermind.

Arc Name: Web of Deception
Arc ID: 75310
Faction: Villainous
Creator Global/Forum Name: @Ozzie Arcane
Level: 40+
Synopsis: Help President Evil create a portal to an alternate dimension to trap a hero.

Arc Name: Assault on Aru Prime

Arc ID: 173115

Faction: Villainous (Cold-hearted bastage style evil, nothing campy about this)

Creator Global/Forum Name: @Aisynia

Difficulty Level: Moderate to hard, depending on difficulty. All enemies are custom. Several bosses and EBs, but no AVs. These will get downgraded to LTs and Bosses on minimum difficulty.

Synopsis: [SMFA SCMA MWMA] Aru Prime is a neutral world, but it has something the Earth Federation needs to win the war against the Azeri Alliance (which they invaded). Your mission: Take it by any means necessary.

Estimated Time to Play: 1-2 hours. Five missions, most are on fairly small maps, but they are pretty intricately designed. This is a departure from my other two arcs (1008 the Wretch's Gift, and 96322 The Tannhauser Gate). While the narrative is strong, there are a lot less clues, but they are no less important. This arc focuses on quickly paced action, as opposed to introspection or investigation.

VERY EVIL, VERY VERY BASTAGE STYLE EVIL. Also, somewhat difficult above Heroic, definitely use your brute if you wanna try it out.

I'm only ladylike when compared to my sister.

Thank you in advance... I just had to go back and edit several things after having a horrid group run... The group was phenomenal... we really rocked the house.... It was the arc.... I'd screwed up so baddly I could hardly stand it.... So, now everything should be fixed, and everything should be right.

Again, thanx in advance, and I hope you enjoy it very much, enough to play the sequel when it comes out later this week/month..

Argh, got swamped with more work than I thought today, so I barely had time to finish one of my own Arcs tonight

I'll make sure to review your Arc tomorrow, Stomphoof!

[/ QUOTE ]

You dont HAVE to play mine dude. Unless you want to.

I finished recording my first Video, of Mandu's The Devs Must Die. I realize that I am speaking kind of softly, so you may need to turn up your volume.

I will upload it tomorrow during the day, while I am at work!

I know I don't HAVE to, but I like playing Arcs designed by other players. It's nice to see what kind of stories other people have come up with

Besides, I already said I'd play yours, and I'd hate to go back on my word
