Defenders lost their unresisted debuffs, which was their single advantage over corrs. There's really no reason to play a defender now, since a corr can do basically the same thing with a lot more damage.

I heard people still run them which im going to be doing. its either that or a PB, a stalker, or ice kin corr. All gimped cept the stalker.

I'm interested in a 2v2 ladder, and know of others who would be as well.
Rad on team is still very much viable in pvp. But not so much for a 2v2, and you have to be good......
2v2 sounds interesting.

PB's are good in certain situations. Don't LOL till you have fought one that has a skilled player playing it, cause more then likely you will get rofflestomped, because you underestimated it.
I've played a PB in PvP for about 4 years. It was kind of a joke toon before, but I13 made them very good.
Divine is right that it wouldn't really fit in a 2v2, but about 99% of the builds in the game are in that boat. 2v2's are pretty limited in what you can bring to maximize your effectiveness.
But in general PvP, a PB is capable of blaster level damage, combined with about 10 times the survivability of a blaster. If you're on a team full of defenders or tankers, the damage can get to really insane levels.
PB's are good in certain situations. Don't LOL till you have fought one that has a skilled player playing it, cause more then likely you will get rofflestomped, because you underestimated it.

I've never once played a good pb. Even galvatr0n wasnt that good, decent guy, but bad toon. PBs are not good till you prove it to me. Deal with it.

Well, you could just take our word for it. We seem to know what we're talking about 
Wiht the mixed test ladder rolling - and a duel ladder seeming not viable -
any interest in a 2v2 ladder? It would allow for teams from the same sgs to compete against each other or even make mixed teams of two from different sgs.
All this would be on test.
Rules and such can be sorted out later but what level of interest would there be?
