Good to see Liberty is still a bunch of sentimental saps.
I definitely had some great times in HDS.
The raids (sadly I don't remember any of the binds I had set up 
), the genocide of not only wolves*, but Freakshow as well.
The forum drama.
The nerfs.
The nerfs that were supposed to fix the nerfs.
Ion owning my poor AR/Dev when PVP was first launched.
The PvP battles in Siren's Call. Cursing Ice/Energy Blasters (are they still uber btw?), while laughing at Regen Scrappers when my Stalker got the better of them (Ninja Blade no less).
Deleting a lvl44 character just cause he was taking up space.
Getting the weekend head start on COV just so I could reserve names.
My first and last AV solo.
Missing our first successful raid cause I was at work.

Wow, I just read through this entire thread and man it brought back some memories.
But reading all these things makes me think, why not try to make new memories and new friends? Back in the "Golden Era" there were so many big/powerful SG's and people doing server events/raids, what happened to all those? The biggest thing I remembered from this game when not playing, was how close the community was, and how everyone knew everyone, especially if they were a SG leader or a raid leader, or someone who just griefed and caused drama, everyone knew those people. There was alot of friendly competition about who was better or everything that made everyone play better. If I hadn't been invited into UPP when coming back, I would have tried to re-establish the old significance of a big/active/friendly SG like the ones that people used to recognize in a heartbeat. If i still had my macro's set up I would be leading raids(plus the only 50 i can/feel like playing right now is a tank).
But now im just ranting, but its worth thinking about making new memories and events/SGs everyone will remember, and not dwelling on what used to be. Liberty used to be one of the greatest servers with the most amazing community of players(in my opinion), someone please say they atleast wanna help me restore it to what it was

There are some events out there, they haven't disappeared. HazeyGreys brought back Hami Raids but they are limited to the first 50 to show, as mentioned before. American Valor brought back the Mothership Raids, but the zone cap cripples them as well. The Sisterhood runs a TF or Story Arc every Sunday at 3:00 PM eastern time zone.
A lot of the SGs splintered and never recovered, some did but are hampered by the Devs and all of their "anti-community" roadblocks previously mentioned. The best way to rekindle any feelings of the large community spirit we once enjoyed is through global channels.
