Any chance we could get Lieutenant spawns revised?
In over two years of playing I have never seen this. It sounds bizzare.
While I've never had missions of -entirely- lieutenants, I have had missions with only 1 or 2 spawns that -weren't- lieutenants.

The bug was never really fixed, AFAIK. It seems to affect some groups more than others. (Kind of like how Council overspawn regularly.)

That's supposed to happen. The Council's whole schtick is lots and lots of expendable minions.
Some groups also seem to spawn bosses far more frequently, and on lower settings/team sizes than others.
Lost and Banished Pantheon immediately spring to mind.

That likely has to do with how the group's spawn tables are setup... and is most likely intentional.
I'd imagine a mission of nothing but Lts is perfectly possible if you just get a REALLY unlikely string of rolls from the RNG.

Floor 1: every spawn is 1 lieutenant and 1 minion
Floor 2: every spawn is 3 minions
Floor 3: every spawn is a +1 lieutenant

I had one yesterday redside. Tsoo cave(the bad ones) mish. Every spawn was a Sorc and an Ancestor Spirit. That got really annoying and really old fast.

That would get old and annoying, but I also would not want to see an entire lvl of ^^^ Daemons... They are the worst.

Seems to happen more with certain mobs than others. I see it very frequently with Helions and Lost.
A few years back, a change was pushed through the system increasing the rate of lieutenant spawns in a mission. In the process, a bug was introduced where entire missions would spawn with nothing but Lieutenants. I seem to remember someone saying that that bug was squashed, but I've never noticed a change. In fact, I just got out of two back-to-back all lieutenant missions.
So, what's the deal with this? Are all-lieut maps now considered WAI? If so, could we get a revisit on this? Nothing kills my enthusiasm for playing the game faster than running through a mission and fighting the same Night Widow over and over and over again.
Playing on a team or upping the difficulty doesn't help it just turns single lieut spawns into something accordingly upscaled. Two Lieuts and a minion at Tenacious/Malicious, for example. It's not that they're particularly difficult, just repetitive and boring due to the relatively fewer numbers of different lieutenants per enemy group.
It's not even a major game-breaker, just CoH's personalized version of water torture something that's a minor irritation becomes more and more frustrating the more it piles up.
So please, could we get this looked at?
