Title: Is it Live or is it Memory-X
-------------------------------------
Story Description: The 5th Column is building a device to control the world. Can you save the world from TOTAL DOMINATION?! (Hey it worked to get my Villians and Vigilantes pen and paper RPG group interested back in the day.)

Story Arc ID: 70210
Author’s Global Chat Handle: @Armsman
Length: Very Long (5 missions)
Alignment: Heroic

Designer Notes: The Arc can actually be soloed by most Scrapper and Tank builds. In testing, my Gravity/Force Field Controller made it through mission 3 solo with no issues, but starting getting defeats in mission 4; so if you’re a support class or a blaster, you probably need a team. This arc is actually based on an adventure I ran players through in the “Villians & Vigilantes” pen and paper RPG a number of years back. I was surprised at how much of the original ‘flavor’ I was able to keep in adapting it to fit in the CoX universe. There was only really one element I couldn’t include due to MA limitations

A series of hilarious missions starting with breaking a dumb platinum blonde out of jail.

Disclaimer: The arc does actually go somewhere, so don't think it's a complete joke, heh. I'm currently working on a sequel that has a more serious tone.

I would love any feedback, be it mobs are to strong all the way to I spelled something wrong. Thanks.

Good for any level range, but best for level 30 to 34. Two EB/AV's (one is Doc Vahz, the other is a surprise). Knowledge of past events of the Shadow Guild and the RPC is handy, but not required. This arc is built specifically targeting RPC members, but a general audience can play. A note is left advertising the RPC and website. Oh, and make certain to read all the clues, especially in the third mission.

Description: Since Hami Raids were a significant portion of my gaming experience, I wanted to create a story centered around that. I also wanted to pay homage to some of my fellow players on Triumph Server, so I included some of the more memorable players from our server into this story. Some of the cameos are from players who have already left the game, other cameos are from players who were not well-liked, and still others are from those who were well-respected. In all cases, each player has been memorable to me and I've tried to re-create them with as much accuracy as I could. I even tried to go as far as researching who was the 1st successful hami raid leader on Triumph server and incorporating him into the story, although I was still a fledgling hero when that happened and I only read about that on the forums when I was still new to the game. I'm proud of the storyline I was able to come up with and I feel it's clever enough to get you thinking a little (hint: having some knowledge of the hami raids will help a bit in one mish). The main point of this arc is the storyline, so there's no uber XP here for the PL'ers or grinders, but I've still tried to balance the game play as much as possible. Long time veteran players on Triumph would probably appreciate this arc most since it goes into a small part of the history on our server, but it's still enjoyable story for anyone who's not from Triumph. Have fun, and thanks for playing!

correction- this is not on Test, was supposed to post on the thread for Live, re-posted this over there

I recomend that you play them in the order I listed and the 2nd mission on the 3rd story arch, recommended stratigy, get the first EB's health down to spawn a second EB, run attack the second EB and do the same till your Ally spawns then take the ally back through the mission to finish off the EBs.

Arc Name: Taken by Shadow
Arc ID: 158450
Creator Global/Forum Name: Hex-Vex
Estimated Time to Play: Medium

This is 3 missions long. 1 clicky, and 2 Boss defeats. Hopefully a decent storyline. I appreciate any comments or criticism. The last mission is meant to be hard. That is because I have a special place in my villainous heart for the type of Boss at the end. =p
I use Longbow at first and then the rest is all custom. Not too hard at all until you get to the final boss. Even then I don't think it's THAT hard. But opinions, of course, vary.

It's in my sig, an epic 3 arc fantasy-themed storyline.

The first has a lot of traditional dungeoncrawly feel (random encounters, etc.). All the missions are in tunnels, but I think they help the atmosphere (and there's some variety).
Second is more outdoors, and I attempted to capture the feeling of battlefields.
Third is a mix.

There's a story, though you can just blitz through it, if you want. Many of the missions feature allies, particularly if there are tough enemies. All are soloable at level 22 with a brute or scrapper with SOs at low difficulty, other ATs/levels may vary.
