You guys made this so much easier before. You'd say you were going to do something and wrote out that your characters did it. Then I could torture your characters without worry ))

"Suit yourself, teapot." Dr. Lore smirked. "Put your cloak on, so you don't have to pay." Keeping her coat tucked into the crook of her arm, she walked to the train station and paid for her ticket in cash at the terminal. Before boarding, she picked up a newspaper from a vender (again, paid with cash) before boarding the train. The moment the doors opened, she sat down and opened the paper to appear to be reading but was using it for extra cover just in case.
The train soon arrived in Skyway City, and the doctor stood up and walked onto the exit platform. She flipped through a few more pages in the paper and appeared to still be reading as she walked. When she noticed the streets were a little less crowded, she made a leaping super jump over one building to save time before stopping a block away from Sedadyne headquarters. She pressed her back to the wall of one building before looking straight at the headquarters itself.
"There it is." she confirmed aloud, not sure if Stahlhund was still beside her. "Since you have that cloaking device, it'd be best if you could sneak inside or around the back and make sure the coast is clear for the rest of us. Sound good?"

((Alright, for the sake of convenience, I'll allow that you exited from the Skyway City Green Line...))
As Cher'tak probed the building, he found very faint psychic impulses. It reminded him of any time he'd encountered someone who was asleep.
However, Arek's scan was revealing quite a bit. There were massive energy readings and something or several somethings were definitely moving around in there. There were also a few moments where the frequency just seemed to drop to nothing then warble again in an entirely different tone. It was like something was there, but not there at the same time.
When Arek switched to X-ray scanning, however, he almost did a double take. There were numerous people moving about, but their skeletons were showing up bright white and highly defined. They looked similar to a popular robotic movie monster, but their build was heavier and apparently more plated. Others, however, didn't seem to show any skeletons, and were actually dark blurs in the image.
In the near corner, there were what looked to be cages, with blurry skeletons inside them. These skeletons were prone and unmoving, but thermals indicated they were probably alive.

Jack took the beacon and slipped it into his pocket, nodding his thanks. "I believe I'll board the train with you guys" he said as he followed them towards the station. He saw the Dr. pay, and knew Stahlhund just sneaked by. Jack walked right behind the Dr., getting stopped by the guard in front of him.
"Sir, I don't believe you bought a ticket. I'm going to have to-" the man started before he stopped, his eyes went blank and he stood to the side stock still. "S'what I thought" Jack said shortly, smiling before he boarded the train.

While I'm not a very big fan of doing this, I'm afraid some confusion with Grey brought about a situation I can only fix by putting in a retcon. It's not big, and only applies to the heroes, I just want Khell and Rebel to know that I'm hereby changing Arek's binoculars to being busted, and due to them working improperly only the thermal and x-ray modes were available. He grumbled about this, so Paxtera and Cher'tak know.
He also told them what he found, and advised that the Warmaster focus his initial effort on the people in the cages, to see if they were in immediate distress. From there on, events continued as written, with Arek heading across the street and onto the warehouse roof, getting the energy readings described by Grey.

The Sky Commander glanced again to the energy reader, seeming a bit relieved. Indeed he was, for though the device showed what it did, the things he'd been worried about - such as roof-mounted motion detectors triggering some sort of alarm - remained factually absent, which was of course good.
Things thus being, the denim draconian took from his harness a clawful of grenades, specifically the kind filled with sticky, spider-like webbing and tear gas so potent it even tended to afflict foes that one would've thought would just ignore stuff like this.
"My guess is we will be facing either combat robots or cyborgs." he told the others in the meantime, "I do not have any electromagnetic charges, but if they have organic components, these should prove useful going in first. Or does one of you have a different idea...?"

Rose waited a few minutes after the first group left before she set out. If a group got busted at least there was still a chance of completing the mission.
Grateful for the full faceplate she had brought, someone recognizing her was unlikely, so she waited rather calmly for her train, eavesdropping on idle gossip of other superheroes waiting for their train.
When she arrived in Skyway, she took as direct a path as she could manage. Avoiding large crowds and the many groups of lost and Trolls she saw, She was almost to Sedadyne when some Clockwork thought her metal bits might make a good addition to their collection.
A few swift kicks and a Energy Punch disuaded them of the notion.
A persistant Oscilator didn't get in range of her fists and Rose wasn't about to waste time chasing after it. She just walked off, the slight sting of its blasts easily ignored by her own electrically charged body.
It was still following her as she found Dr. Lore outside the building. Finally lashing out with a bolt of electricty, it fell to the ground. Crushing the persistant robot under her heel, Rose sighed, "I hate this city."

Obviously, he had received a quote "proper" unquote historical and geographic education from Crey, obviously in favor of Arachnos...
Stahlhund had kept up with Doctor Lore as best he could. He was right next to her when her suggestion was wrought. "Hm. Very good, Doctor. I shall do that." The german machine said.
He headed towards the headquarters. The machine placed a hand against the door and a small beep sounded, the doors hissing open. His steps were even and confident as he strode through the head quarters. The stalker saw empty offices and lonely hallways. Other minute beeps were heard.
"Hm. No life signs. Very Odd. Is this some sort of automated office? Everything looks clean and kept up. Hm" the stalker said to himself. The machine switched to the same frequency that Doctor Lore or Rose would have been using.
"Doctor, I see no one here. It's quite odd. The place looks like it was well kept. No dirt, or dust. I am not even sensing the signs of vermin. Everything is neat. I do not like it. I am moving towards the front doors. Stahlhund out" the red machine said. His sword quietly slid out of his wrist as he made his way towards his entrance.

She turned away from the building with an approving nod, and started putting her coat back on. She started re-checking her equipment as everyone else started to gather. Her health revitalizer had only enough power for twenty heals and one resurection. She put the machine away, prepared to use it wisely.

"..." She agreed. Too quiet, too clean, too deserted. It was still business hours too, and no holiday she was aware of. Something nagged at her that it was still too dangerous to just go inside, but nothing was going to be accomplished just standing here.
"Okay," she radioed back to Stahlhund, "watch yourself."

On that note, Khell, the prone bodies are giving off weak mental strength, but an impulse is still present. EDITED
Also, Devious, I didn't realize you wanted me to reveal EVERYTHING in the building to you, from the composition of the rafters to the wiring in the walls. If you're going to be using a God Scanner to figure your way around, why even send the Rikti to do any scouting at all?
Also, Crimson, you got quite a bit ahead of me on that one. I never got a chance to describe the interior of the headquarters before you started working.))
Before Stahlhund reached the exit, the front door opened and a young woman and a young man entered. They were conversing with each other.
"I don't like it, Jim. It's our warehouse, we should be able to use it how we see fit. The Committee just dropping the hammer on us like that really holds up our production! We've got orders to fill, you know?"
"I know, Steph," the man, apparently Jim, replied, "But they're the ones who bailed us out... They say and we do."
"Sometimes, I think we'd have been better off if we'd been bought by Crey," Steph muttered as they walked past the stalker, "Did... Did you feel that? I could have sworn I brushed up against something..."

Oh, I don't know. Maybe because when I asked "was there anything of note to be found from their current vantage point?", you replied with a generic description of the warehouse's outside, leading me to believe that you were saying "the scan finds nothing of value". Of course, at that time I didn't know you'd missed it so thoroughly.

Dr. Lore nodded, and radioed the German machine back.
"Stahlhund, can you see anything or anyone at all? Any robots, cyborgs, roombas, anythi..." Then she watched as two people walked into the front entrance and she quickly cut herself off. Hopefully, they didn't hear that coming from Stahlhund's communicator.
There was nothing left she could think of to do except keep an eye on both the headquarters and the warehouse.

"Sound." Arek gave acknowledgement to the Peacebringer with a nod, reaching to the side of his belt and taking from it one of the silver cylinders. Have gave it a forceful shake, and the force lance telescoped to its full size almost instantly, the Sky Commander pointing the tip of the odd-looking weapon (due to its appearance leaving little clue as to whether it stood ancient or high-tech) at the hatch, "Head in first then. Potential hostiles are..."
He described to Pax the approximate locations. True, the draconian's binoculars may have been busted, but with a thermal and x-ray image, he could still make himself a decent map of the place, as well as convey this to his allies. Once the Kheldian and Rikti had confirmed they understood, the force lance spoke, blasting apart the hatch with a brief crack of thunder.

By the time he was even half finished saying it, Pax was already moving. She dropped smoothly through the jagged hole left from Arek's blasting the hatch, and transformed on the way down to the Dwarf form she typically favored when going into a mostly unknown situation.
Landing with the thunderous crash of multiple tons of armor coming to a sudden stop, she looked around for the potential hostiles Arek had given the locations of. The moment one of them did something to confirm that hostility, a good half-ton of Dwarf claw applied repeatedly if needed to their face would quickly render them non-hostile again.

Cassie looked up as the noise shattered the peaceful mostly-silence. "You guys hear that? Something tells me we have company..."
To hell with laying low, no way was she going to be caught off guard with none of her bots around. A quick double-tap on the watch-like device attached to her wrist produced two short-lived portals, through which stepped her two Protector bots. Immediately the two applied protective force bubbles around their mistress, before then bubbling each other as Cassie applied similar bubbles both to the bots and to her teammates.
