With experience I've found that pouncers don't like it when you catch them in mid pounce and just stand there. I won't do that. I'll be there to make it look like your pounce matters.

Reviewing the recent batch of resumes/speeches/bribes from pounce candidates, I see at least two of them with strong qualifications. However, I am concerned if Slax is selected as the Pouncee, his wife might become aware of our presence in the Sewing Room Formerly Known as Slax's Garage and thus put us to work, and I don't mean that in a sexy way. Rock Crag seems to be the obvious choice, but dark horse candidate Knight Chill may also be a possibility.
My recommendation, therefore, is to conduct pounce interviews. I will report back in when I have located a large ball room (ala playball pens, not dancing) we can monopolize for several hours so we can conduct said interviews.

Dear Springy Speaker Type,
I have read your letter and am engaging in internal correspondence with my other cranial departments. We have come to one decision, Slax's superior life mate is not an issue as we will be taking a two pronged assault on her issues. 1) We will craft and distract her with beautiful clothing 2) We will use Slax's, not as cute as Slax, brother to do whatever she wants instead of us.
Pouncing issues, discussions, and employment opportunities are still being considered as during these economically difficult times bouncing insurance is a concern.
