Very nice indeed. I especially like the menacingly glowing eyes. And because he's sitting down, I'll bet that when he stands up he could kick the $#!t out of the OP's robot.

I used stacked wastebaskets and covered them with trashcans for the joints in the legs.

bluedude: Nice idea for the robot's chest piece. And the cockpit idea. Didn't think of that.
TheDoomKitten: Reminds me of one of those Fallout 3 robots, but with legs!
Aggro_King: Buzzkill is cool! Love the arms and claws, combined with actual turrets! And a driver seat too!
Gruumch: Wow! Very creative use of the sewer items. A sitting giant on his throne with a scary grin! Which means, if he ever stands up he'd be taller than the base itself!
LtZerge: I love the exosuit. It's very well designed and constructed. I love the arms, it feels like he can raise it and fires as some sort of chaingun. I also like the details at the back. And the feet! Cool idea! Kind of like one of those Battletech feet, or ED209's feet. Awesome robot overall!
Here's a few simple giant robots I threw together. Nothing real fancy, but inspired by all the cool (and much more detailed) robots posted, I had to try.
Big Robot 1 inspired by the 'Iron Golem'. It has VERY BIG FEET that make me laugh.
Big Robot 2 Hadn't seen any wooden giant toy lookin things, maybe someone will create a better one that I can steal. 
Big Robot 3 Yeah yeah, I've heard it already. Giant...uh...'sex toy' on wheels. 
Big Robot 3 looks like he may be an undercover Clockwork. I'd keep an eye on him if you're using Teck/Metal items in your base. He may try to start a scrap pile or 3, and you know what'll happen next...
