Duct tape works wonders as well as a velcro suit and a wall of carpet...ahhh...memories.

Posted

Yeah, but it takes a LOT of peanut butter to get duct tape out of fabric and hair.

Yeah getting it out of the fabric is a pain, but for the hair, that is what razors are for...

If they start complaining about the bald issue, tell them you're just preparing them for later on in life, they'll understand when that time comes.

I came up with a way to get cars to slow down.. too many cats killed on my street..and too many near misses for my kids. Holographic Children playing Road Hockey.. and for night time? Old Lady crossing the street.. maybe in another 20 years they'll be common place.

That would only deter those that actually try to drive safely.

Those that don't care, would run over anyone and anything.

And as soon as they figure out it's a holo it'll be a game. 40 points per Granny and 15 per hockey kid. Triple points if you snag 2 kids at the same time.

I want a way to get those idiots who sit in the parking lot with their base blasting and rattling my windows to stop their crap at 10:30 in the evening.. any ideas on that front GP?

An EMP Generator...

EMP, nope, then you jut have to put up with them yelling about you did. Then the whole posiblity of violence, lawsuits and other fun things. I suggest either the Cops to show up "quitely" as I've done, got several of them arrested for it or my other suggestion "BFG".

If it is a residential street, ask the City (or County or whatever) to install speed bumps. Several neighborhoods here have them and they work wonders.

they tryed that down a few streets that I lived on.. someone always dismantaled it . I liked teh gradded steet better where it makes a noise as you drive over it and alerts the driver and anyone around. Kids still cant play hockey on it.

Two children, a girl 9 and a boy 7, both play CoH alongside me. Quite entertaining as my son is a natural scrapper when it comes to jumping in headlong.

Speaking of the things children say and do, a friend of mines little boy, 3 1/2 at the time of this, looked at his mother point and said..

"Mommy, I will destroy you!! mwahahaha"

And yes, he even managed the laugh and the look as well. I laughed when they told me then when he came into the room they told him to say it to me but the minute he did I just growled at him causing him to flee shrieking.

I should get a pic of my future mastermind in training. (Pics once I get the latest robot working)

my daughter (4 and 1/2 now) grabs a baby towel that has the head cover and runs round the house. I am a super hero with the power to help

I think she watches Super why to much.

Joo are cruel!! Poor child will have to seek therapy now.

OK So December 10th is when I go in for my C section and tubal... just a few days away.. I'm kinda freaking! LOL The interesting thing is I had to enlist the aid of my estranged mother to watch the other kids while I'm there. Aparently I'l lbe there for about 72 hrs.... GP wanna talk about a vacation? I'm stoked! No dishes, vacuuming, hearing kids run up and down the hall. Just me and Aiden, hanging out. Well not really. The Dr. thinks he could have a hard time in the beginning and might need assistance breathing. In 2 weeks he went from 5 lbs 8 oz to 7 lbs 6oz. So by the 10th he'll be around 9 lbs or so. You all wanna see him? Aiden 3D

Let MoisesG Know the C-section is not as bad as ppl say, only weird thing is seeing the baby come out of the belly. The Mother of my little girl says the C-section is not that bad, and you get ice cream.

Been through both and C-section is way faster no 34hours of waiting like my oldest kid took.

Oh Jane he's so CUTE!!! I hope you are totally spoiled rotten while in the hospital! I was supposed to go for a tubal ligation tomorrow but cancelled til next year. The little guy is simply too attatched to Supa Mom and won't settle for anyone else. My mother hasn't seen him and probably won't bother coming down for a few years. Six hours drive isn't worth the hassle.
Good luck, speedy recovery and Ty 3's!! Babies ROCK.

Darzer defines children as: A small living humanoid form with almost unlimited energy, extreme vocal capiblity, and a bad scent with "explosive blaster" type capiblities.

Mommy Bear Syndrome: That quick reflex of a new mother who chooses her words carefully in certian situations and almost all of them are acceptable. Example: "Give me the damn Shotgun!!!" when some drunk person beats on the window at 1 in the morning thinking it's they're house they got locked out of.

Good luck, Jane, my wife's C-section appointment is for the following Tuesday (16th).
