Bio:
Kyle Manning was your average liquor store manager, nothing fancy about his life except the fact he could sense what was wrong with anyone by a glance. He had heard of the gift of Empathy, thinking it was only a mental thing he never knew he could heal a person's body till he witnessed a mugging gone wrong by some skulls. He rushed to the aid of the fallen citizen and pressed his hands upon the gunshot wound, with a sudden rush of energy the wound was closed and the person feeling much more calm.
After his encounter he began studying these and other 'magical' abilities at the book store next to his. He learned of the netherworld and the darkness it could bring upon victims of the magic. Thru meditations, rituals, and a few bottles of stuff he soon earned his darkness. He claims he has his ying and yang powers, healing and destroying. He went back to work as normal...but using the name of Absolut. The name coming from his quest in seeking the Absolute and his favorite bottle of fun.
Extras:
His hair is usually mess'd up and the green flames upon his hands are healing flames (kinda odd but worked with CoH's green healing glow)

I finally got it done. Here are some of my characters.

The history of F.U.S.I.O.N. and the WARFACE project has its origins as early as the 1147 AD Second Crusades - The Second Crusade was organized by Louis VII, King of Spain and Conrad III, King of Germany, but it was the church and a secret group of priest-mages that believed technology would bring light to the world and insisted that the leaders force this will upon all nations. The invention of the Trebuchet by Sir Ralph Payne-Gallwey (a secret member of the mages) in 1309 was a direct result of this groups impressive knowledge of science and mathematics.
An up and coming scientist from India (and secret member of this ancient group), Doctor Sednya Green was the original proponent of the Manhattan Project in 1939. He believed Fusion, rather than fission would make the ultimate weapon to stop the Nazis. His lifes work broke the code on creating this reaction but was stolen by a competing doctor named Isidor Rabi. Rabi hid Greens work, and convinced the American government to utlize a fission reaction and support his findings over Dr. Greens. Green sat dejected and demoralized and in 1945 broke from the group of scientists with vengance in his heart.
Green began working as a government contractor in the secret Area 51; when in 1983 he had contact with the Rikkiti Homeworld (only found in documentation later at his house). The American government lost contact with him and assumed he was murdered or kidnapped by mysterious forces. It was not until 1991 that the CIA placed him as a possible link in weapons manufacturing and sales to Iraq. They also linked him to Ghost Widow, though not certain what the full relationship was.
In 2015, as key leaders of rival terrorist groups started turning up dead ......rumors of an organization called F.U.S.I.O.N. began to run like electricty through the underground terrorist organizations of the world. Lord Recluse simply assumed it was one of Ghost Widows pet projects and turned a blind eye.
Ghost Widow and Dr. Green had 10 years earlier hired a merc group called the "tech pack". A group of Recluse soldiers that were renowned for their skills at killing silently. This group had been sent on a mission to a nearby planetary system to bring back two very special prisoners.
These were brothers who lived in a region that gave its occupants the ability to essentially slow down aging. This process was partially due to an increased regeneration ability. The beauty was that those who grew up near this effect would carry this with them even if they left the region causing this mutation.
Ghost Widow cued into this and with Dr. Greens help realized that they were perfect "Subjects" for a violent process which would merge immortal body parts and new radical Rikiti cybernetic technology and metals.
The immortals were taken prisoner and their families murdered. Upon arrival on earth the remaining Tech Pack members were killed to keep the project quiet for reasons only Ghost Widow knew.
Thus the WARFACE project was born under the covert guidance of Dr. Green.
---------------------------------------Fast forward to 5 years ago.
The F.U.S.I.O.N. facility was found destroyed with both cyborgs and Dr Green missing....

Desert's Sting
Originally, her home was a lush world (and no, I don't mean Pinnacle.) Forests and animals grew healthy and in abundance, and her people - technologically advanced, though they were - had learned to live with the world, taking only with respect, nurturing and taking their role as caretakers seriously. As they watched over the world, the world watched over and protected them. Long ago, they'd forgotten the ways of war.
... which made them easy pickings for the invaders. Factories belched smoke, continents were clearcut and stripmined. The toxins put into the air in the sake of expediency took as many people as the bullets and powers of the blue-uniformed invaders.
As their world and people died, the protections faltered, allowing another group who had long noted and coveted their world to invade, as well. People disappeared in the nite, swelling the ranks of the new, robed invaders who commanded the long dead and brought the nightmares of their world's past into being.
Few are left now. One, guided to ancient blades of vengeance, has tracked the invaders to their home, stepping through one of their portals into Paragon City, planning to bring home to their leaders the true price of their greed.

"When the Circle of Thorns realized that Duke Manlyname was a threat, they removed his soul and placed it into an emerald to keep him from ruining their plans. However, during an effort to save the unwitting citizen by a group of inexperienced heroes, the emerald was broken and Duke's soul went into the nearest body without one. That body had previously belonged to Shrouded Quill, a spine/dark armor scapper whom had had her soul removed too. With his soul now trapped in the body of another, Duke chose the name Cross Dresser to signify his situation and uses his hosts abilities to fight and find his way back to his old self."
As far as personality, she's really reckless, aggressive, first to jump into a fight even before making sure her team is ready. very nice to friends though, positive attitude, just can't stand any enemies.
Use whichever of her costumes you like best.

It all started with cloning sheep. Someone in Crey Industries had a great idea. Screw sheep lets clone a blonde with ginormous breasts. They had the DNA of Ex-Paragon Protector Generic Hero 114 so they decided to clone her. It was a very expensive procedure. Since they are generating profits in the Adult film industry under their Crey Entertainment movie line they are actually making a rather large profit.
However there were certain
problems. Most of them had brains.
When asked to do certain things there was a reply of You want to put it THERE!!. The last thing that poor guy heard before he had a certain part of his body frozen and shattered. Luckily he died shortly after.
She is in the Rogue Isles and when she hears anyone asking if she was in a certain
movie she gets very angry and things tend to get pelted to death by Ice.

Let me tell you a story of Rock and Roll.
Down under in hell where the Music's hot, there lived a torcherd (sp?) soul named Manny who was ready to rot.
Mannys path was filled with strife, he managed bands and they were ruining his life.
They demanded booze, women, and pot. They wanted angels from the heavens, succubi and whatnot.
Now Manny was a demon and hardly a lurch, he got succubus and demon and even angels from their perch.
Then one day a sound, it overtook hell. The banshees fell silent, as a guitar did wail.
Music so awesome, so cool and so right, to hear it a soul would come back to life.
The Devil did like it, surly he did. He asked Manny to sign the Kid.
After some demonic musing Manny made his choice, so right. He signed the young artist and set up a conccert that night.
Live from Hell Luptonius would play, til he played the music of thee Judgement Day.
Eh, nevermind!
Okay folks, here's the deal. I'm going to run a little contest here, with the prize of some free art given to a number of lucky winners. (The number may be one or up to three, depending on how many people participate.)
For the contest, I want you to submit the following:
1) A brief bio, backstory, or tale involving a hero or villain.
2) A couple of screenshots of your character (also, a description of what they look like, if it differs from what your in-game character is limited to).

Entries will be judged by my crack team of judges (yes, I mean judges on crack) who are yet to be named, but may even include people among you! One entry per person, so make it your best!
I'll gauge how long to run the contest based on how many entries I receive, but I figure a week or so will be good.
