Thank you so much for this site. When I logged on one day, I found out I was the leader and the old leaders had left! Never having done any base building, I was dumbfounded. I found Yetivision here and was invited to tour their base. After the grand tour (with many ?s by me and patient answers by yeti) I left with a time and day to meet in my sg. Elvin Witch appeared on time and spent over 4 hours with me eliminating unnecessary items and giving us 5 tpers, medbay, inspiration table, enhancement table, workshop and most important a control room so it all works. I can't say enough about how EW helped me out and continues to give helpful comments via tells. All who have ?s about bases should come here. Again a big thanks for setting this up. PCW (Victory)

I don't have much experience with some of the mechanics (only played with magic desks a little bit), but like BadStorm, I like to play with color & design, making the base pretty. My current bases have a variety of themes, very basic items (all are personal SGs, with 3 members, so we only have prestige from the bump and really none of the SG badges that unlock stuff), so I think I can really help out those just starting out.

I did the Legion of Orders base. I was a member Of LoO since its inception so i know how to work with bases regardless of prestige variations. I tend to spend a little more prestige on aesthetics but first n foremost is functionality. Putting everything one needs into the smallest plot possible to minimize rent.

Home base is on Infinity (blue). I run full bases on Freedom (red & blue). Small outposts on Virtue (red) and soon Champion (blue), but they're fledgling at best.
I'm no master decorator, but I've been doing constant maintenance and upgrades for years. Now with I13, the refund, and the raid pathing drop, I finally have the cash and tools to do major overhauls to all my bases. I've done more base editing than actual gaming since I13 dropped 
@CrimsonSinner - Freedom, mostly blue side, but I have a villain as well.
I'm pretty good with magic desks, too.
