Just a note, Neuronia. 
We do have a public website/forum at http://pvpec.guildportal.com where upcoming events are discussed, suggestions are offered, and applications are accepted.
Feel free to pop in and offer your ideas.

So I did some searching and have not seen but perhaps one person post a guide that centers around PvP. Just curious if anyone has any plans on making any. I, for one, would like to take part a little more but don't really have that mindset of try,try,try,try,try,try and try again until you get it right! If there is one out there that I missed can someone post or pm me a linky to one. All I've seen is one for Electric Brutes. -OR- if there is a server where people kinda show others the ropes I'd go level a character there. I'm not one to learn from dying repeatedly with comments on how a noob was Pwnd!

Look for the PvPec education events being held on your server during the next few weeks... there will be training classes and build help available. For more info, view your server subforum or pvpec.guildportal.com!
You didn't search very hard. Check out the PvP FAQ and Guide to Guides thread which is stickied at the top of the forum.
I am assuming you were talking to me and not DD. And yes I did look rather hard, but I did a direct search instead of going to the PvP Threads. My mistake.

Actually, they're coming.
Ex Libris mentioned that she was taking what she had learned from the PVPEC when she begins forming committees for other player communities. I believe, however, that the thread where she said this has been deleted as it became a flame war.
Her post itself should still exist in the community digest somewhere, but I am too lazy to go look.

To be perfectly honest why do we need committes at all?
People can team, pvp, game and whatnot without direction from above...and there will always be dissent when people are chosen without a methodology being presented.
I mean there are so many things possible...task force committees, badge hunting committes, costume committes, low-level committees, crafting committees...it just gets all compartmentalized and causes division, especially if the committees are outside public view.
