These council cats is tall. Dana here is about 5'10" and they still got a good foot or two on her. Not the best shot, but there were actually about 8-10 council there...
I know that you're looking for "good shots" to use as reference (which I don't have)... but I'll be darned if Council defying gravity doesn't look cool.

Hidden CoV contact lvl 45-50. Requires Tracer, Infiltrator, and Tank Buster badges and killing at least 200 crey and council.
