Some NPCs like that have lines they only say when people are standing around. I think the "Like.. Hi!" is her response to being clicked. NPCs like her, the Activist, Newsie, etc, have other lines, but they don't spit them out from being clicked unfortunately.

Prior to the TV show Heroes, I started a cheerleader type character. For some reason, the character never really worked as a hero for me. I tried a couple years ago when I saw energy melee... the pink pom-poms of doom.
But, as a villain, well, let's just say that Cheer Queen Ashliegh is throwing a hissy fit over not getting crowned homecoming queen. She also doesn't take to kindly to people poking fun at her liberal use of "like... OMG!"

My cheerleader character long predates "Heroes" as well. She won't have any pom-poms unless the devs add an emote with them, though--she's a dark/dark defender. A cheerful, perky, acrobatic dark/dark defender.
