If you liked the first Turtles movie, you'll like it. It's pretty good, pretty faithful, but Mikey is the dorky comic releif. Otherwise a reasonable solid movie, I had a blast.
My daughter and I showed up at the local theater tonight to watch "The Last Mimzy". We had both forgotten that TMNT was out today. So we watched that instead. Good stuff. It really just felt more like a 2 hour TV cartoon, but that's OK. It was just chock full of ninja turtley goodness.

I'm going to try and make time to go and see it sometime next week, but it just too hard for me to find time to go to the theater.
I just got back from seeing it and loved it. It wasn't perfect, they went over the top with Mikey a couple of times, which I completely expected, but other than that it's a pretty good movie. Plenty of room for improvement and they leave it wide open for a sequel with a lot more potential.
All I have to say is that Donatello as an IT Help....OMG Hilarious!!! It was ok, I'm not jumping out of my shoes or anything but it was a good movie. Nothing like the live action though. 
I saw 300 for the third time tonight. 
Probably will see it again next friday, catch TMNT after that.

You could tell who in the theater had worked a help desk in the past. There was an entire section of guys on the left hand side that may have actually died laughing at that scene.

took my nephews and niece to see it on opening night, they actually sat there quietly and watched, they kept tapping me and pointing at the cool stuff and I just nodded going "oooh!", I grew up watching the turtles.
oh and the IT thing, oh yes I found myself subconciously lipsynching that entire bit, and then laughing out loud, my nephews got it cause my brother, their father, is an IT tech, so is their mom, my fiance busted out laughing cause he too was one.
Great stuff, I'm gonna go see it tomorrow morning by myself, and see mimzy later that evening.
I loved TMNT growing up and I jus got back from seeing the new TMNT movie and I loved it BUT I did bad and ended up making a Turtle ingame! lol

I tried to use teh samurai chest plate as the shell along with the brief's pattern...
All in all he dosent look so good but it was fun.
