Amount of PvP: We do mostly PvE, but we're exploring more and more PvP everyday, as we get more members to level 50.
Amount of Powerleveling: As a rule, none. Occasionally, for members who have been strong contributors to the group. So, don't join expecting to PL--consider it an occasional treat.
Amount of Drama: Minimal. We have friendly relations with several top 20 SGs, and intend to stay out of that sort of drama. We're here to play a great game, and to make it fun and beneficial for all members.
Size of Base: Just downsized to a 12 x 12 Hidden, and are making preparations to engage in Raiding, when the CoP trial comes back up (if ever).
Requirements: We're pretty stringent on new members, because we're serious about having a great environment for active members. Probationary requirement: 10K Prestige in the first 14 days of membership. Limited base access until you've earned 50K Prestige (first promotion). Participation: maximum offline time is 14 days, barring exceptions for serious RL circumstances. Full membership carries privileges that are worth the hard work that goes into becoming a full member.
Other:Our SG is centered on servicing those who may not play daily, but regularly. We have a healthy mixture of PvE, PvP, run SF's only occasionally, RP (though somewhat limited), and Badgehunters. We're not here to over-govern your play, especially once you've proven your worth to the group. As a matter of fact, you'll often find yourself tripping over gifts of Infamy and Enhancements, since our high-level members are dedicated to serving our loyal lower-level member base.
Typical Active Membership: 40-50 toons, limited alts. We realize that people will come and go in SGs, so we leave some room for growth/rotation for those we can't serve perfectly.
Guild Description: SG Theme: We serve a mysterious demon known as the Shadow, rumored to have been trapped by Recluse and the Circle of Thorns. We work to gain power for the express purpose that the CoT and Recluse will pay for this infraction of our right to rule the Rogue Isles!
To this end, our SG was established during the CoV Launch (Nov 2005), rose to the top 20 SGs in Pinnacle in Feb 2006, and have remained there ever since. We may never break into the top 10, but we're okay with that, since we're not willing to engage in Prestige exploits to get there.
Despite our somewhat misogynist name, we do welcome female members. While our SG theme particularly caters to Magic origin characters, all origins and ATs are encouraged to join.

Amount of Drama: This SG was formed by 5 people who each had a character that ONLY teamed when grouped as 5. We got the characters to lvl 40, but then 2 members became addicted to WoW and were never seen from again. After waiting for a year, we decided the only way our SG would be able to grow would be to open up our doors. The main 5 will always be in the roster, so don't be surprised when you see toons that haven't been active in 300+ days.
Size of Base: 8x12. 2 teleport rooms housing 4 porters each. Med bay. Workshop will be made available to any active playing toons that we grow to trust as we don't want players randomly stealing our HOs and salvage.
Requirements: SG mode is preferred, especially in the early levels of the game as nothing is really lost to do so. We have no rules as of yet, but will probably enforce some kind of activity rule. Too many toons that say they are very active and then aren't seen from in over 30 days. If you decide to play a different toon to join a different SG that's fine, but if you don't like ours because we don't have enough activity, it's ok to leave. HOWEVER, if you don't stay and be active... then we'll never achieve that activity level.
Other: Promotions within the SG will be ironed out. Currently any player we see active a lot within a 2 month period gets promoted once. My main is a badger and I frequently leave him sitting in missions farming damage or heals so I may show as being online when in reality I'm not. Our other leader is an altoholic with alts on both Heroes and Villains, so if he's on just ask and he may grab some alt or another to help you out.

Peak Teaming Hours: We have active members 24/7 but 4 PM - 3 AM EST is more active. Over half of our 70+ members are active daily.
Amount of PvP: No PvP Events but a lot of members team up and PvP often.
Amount of Powerleveling: Power Leveling is provided as often as possible, you must earn 5K Prestige before we will Power Level you. You must have your own travel power, even a temp travel from a Mayhem Mission will work. There is no schedule, if we have time and no lag we will go.
Amount of Drama: None, and any members that cause a problem will be removed. We are here to play and have fun.
Size of Base: We have an 8x12 Raid-Ready Base with Teleporters to all zones, huge workshop, hospital and lots of base toys. Our base is fully stocked with Enhancements, Inspirations and 2 Empowerment Stations. Upgrades are happening all the time, our VG turns out over 1 mill Prestige a week. (Not bad for a VG that was started Jan 25th 2007)
Requirements: So that everyone can enjoy being here we do have a few rules. You must play in SG MODE till you get to level 30, after that its as often as you can. Inactive members and alts will be booted after 10 days, but you may comeback and resume your previous rank if booted. Let us know if you are going to be gone so you dont get removed. Requirements: all toons have the name Mini ___ (mini-space-blank) and are patterned after NcSoft CoH heros. There is only one of any given name in the SG so if the name is taken, please dont just add a . or a - or change an L for an i. All toons must have the isolator badge that is acquired in the Outbreak tutorial zone.
Other: The minis are a gathering of players form all different SG/VG background embracing the game for its purist form, fun. We only really ask that people act as hero in conduct.

Each applicant is required to go through a few missions to see if their right for the SG. Once approved they have access to base teleporters and medbay.
The ability to apply diplomacy in any situation is wanted. No need to get upset when things go bad, just get back up and try again. Will allow base storage access after a preliminary period until the applicant is deemed trustworthy by one of the senior officers. Must play in SGmode at all times until level 25. After level 25, members can turn SGmode on or off as they dictate necessary.
Other:
We're a group of regulars who like to play Heroes or Villians depending on what everyone is doing. We like to do steamroller teams instead of the standard Herd Team, so don't expect to sit around and wait when your playing with us. We have a good Coalition with Legion of Order listed above as well as some others. We get together to run TFs from time to time and usually schedule it or do it on a whim time permitting. We try to run cool contests as well for influence, enhancers, IO recipes, or real world prizes. Come and join the fun!
