AMOUNT OF POWERLEVELING: Very little, but we've been known to from time to time, usually offered, if you ask us to, we usually won't.
SIZE OF BASE: Medium, telepads to most zones.
REQUIREMENT: Have a pulse, be laid back, no amount of verbal abuse or harassing behavior will be tolerated in any form. SG mode until it starts to impact your influence gain, and then we request that you run in SG mode once in a while. First promotion is at 10,000 prestige. Limited base access until then, but it doesn't take long to rack up 10k prestige.
OTHER: Not much really, we're willing to help out if you're having trouble with something, just be willing to return the favor in the future. We have a number of players who are absent for extended periods of time. All we ask in that event is, if you're planning on being out of commission for a while send one of the leaders an in game email or tell informing us.
DESCRIPTION: We're primarily an SG designed for people who don't have the time to commit to a regular play schedule. We generally don't do a whole lot of stuff as an SG because of that, but we're trying to change that and set up at least one day a month or so that we can run as an SG.
LEADER OR RECRUITING OFFICERS: Currently, Claws and Effect and Kresnik 02 are our leaders, Stryfel and Waynestone can also invite but are rarely on. Any one of my alt characters listed in my sig can get you in as well.
VOICE CHAT: None currently, but we are working on getting Skype available to all the players in the Night Walkers and our sister SG Evolution X
PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT: None really, we'll occasionally throw out a broadcast shout out, but we don't spam it in zones so you might miss it. If you run across anyone that has Night Walkers under their name inform them of your interest and if we can't get you in right then, let us know when you'll be on next so we can arrange it.
We just started back up again after a hiatus of a few months, we'd like to rebuild into a decent sized SG with lots of play options for it's members. We'd also like to start doing SG events, but that is completely schedule dependant.

Guild Description: A Roleplaying series of static and semi-static teams within a supergroup built specifically for issue 13. The day Issue 13 launches I will either make the supergroup or have a friend make it. Add in all interested parties, and then we'll begin running missions, sewers, and street sweeps.
The Roleplaying purpose of this group is based on the City Council of Paragon ratifying a locally legislative bill which allows the formation of a superteam. This superteam will be payrolled to the City itself and will use taxpayer dollars to support the PPD in the handling of greater than average threats.
With the Rikti returning in force and other large scale horrors assailing Paragon in recent months Vanguard and other organizations such as Oroborous have been taking heroes of the streets to handle other issues. The City needs it's heroes. And it needs them now more than ever.
This team of heroes will be brought together to form a shield to defend Paragon against all threats. It will become a model of civic duty and heroic works. Characters are expected to be moral and forthright in their dealings.
Silver Age and Early Bronze Age heroes will be the core of the group. 'Iron Age' heroes (Spawn, Deadpool, Punisher) need not apply.

Amount of Powerleveling: Official Agency Policy: In order to provide the city with the best agents possible, accelerated training isnt available to just anyone. Should an agent be providing accelerated training to anyone at all such a privilege has been earned.
Amount of Drama: None that Ive seen. There could be some around, though.
Size of Base: Small. There are eight (8) teleport pads with 16 beacons in the base now, a medbay, inspiration bin and base salvage bin.
Requirements: First promotion is at 10,000 prestige. Promotions based on prestige gained, task forces completed in SG mode, gaining accomplishment/accolade badges. Theres plenty of opportunity for advancement in the SG.
Other: Laid back super group youll never be forced do to anything you dont want to. Running your own teams in SG mode is appreciated, though, as is playing in SG mode. Badge hunting is always encouraged. Also take note that the previous restriction of no influence while in SG mode has been lifted. If you wish to run in SG mode after level 35, you will gain both influence AND prestige, and those that do so will be duly recognized.
Guild Description: Paragon City Agency One is THE first response against super-powered & other-worldly criminal activity. Amount of Powerleveling: I don't believe in powerleveling, I believe in power playing. We do bring SKs along on higher level mishes but we don't go out of our way to exploit anything.
Amount of Drama: Not much really, we are all good friends so there are alot of jokes and good humor.
Size of Base: This chaned alot from our previous posting in this thread, we have expanded our base a good bit. The actual size still escapes me! Amenities include: Teleporters to all zones, med bay, well stocked inspiration storage (we have a stockpile of christmas presents), vault, crafting table, enhancement tables, tech/arcane work benches, both arcane and tech empowerment stations (including the super collider which gives long duration teir 3 buffs). We have been having SG meetings after our weekly sunday event in our new meeting room. If you would like a tour please contact global @Crmsn Conundrum. Base is getting bigger and we are adding new rooms during our every-other-monthly costume contest; The winner of each contest gets a room made just for them in the base, and gets to judge the next contest.
Requirements: SG mode at all times. Start-up capital provided to new toons. No usage of the empowerment stations without approval from one of our ranked members (Knight or above) we normally reserve empowerment for TFs and special missions.
Other: We have a weekly event on sundays called SoS or Super on Sunday. We normally run all kinds of missions and TFs at this time. We are pretty altaholic and are alt friendly but be prepared to be relagated to the alt SG (coalitioned so you can use the TPs). As I mentioned earlier we do a costume contest within the SG every other month and the first prize is usually 10 mil in influence or a recipie set. We do TFs and are trying to explore all of the new content. With all the new changes you can expect that we will continue to grow along with the game.

Amount of Drama: Ham is the only drama queen we allow in the SG...anything else is set to a bare minimum of "if you start it, I will finish it" Eh, it happens in the best of places, we prefer good-natured drama to the "you hurt my fweewings I'm going to rant on the forums about how sucky your SG is" drama.
Size of Base: Small atm, no porters, no med bay...have the most important thing though...a bar!
Requirements: Be good, cool and fun or be somewhere else. Basically, we don't open recruit, we've done it and 9 out of 10 new members don't make it past the two week point. Other: I would really like to stress that this group of people is extremely easy going, relaxed and fun loving at all times. It's also very very competitive and problems that lead to losing or lack of fun are either fixed very quickly or removed.

New VG that I created so that I could mess with base editing and have all my alts in. Very small member list at the moment (haven't started any recruiting). Its an open VG so anyone can join. But if your looking for a real active group with alot of members and events, then this one is not for you. If you are looking for a place for you toons and the ability to enhance them without breaking the bank, and a little bit of teaming...then it might be a hit.

Peak hours: pretty much 24/7 someone is on most large teams run 5pm to midnight EST weeksday and 'round the clock on weekends.
PVP: The group as a whole is new to PVP (as a group) but we do a moderate amount. SG runs Friday Night FIghts in pocket D every friday night
Power Leveling: I guess you could say we do quite a bit but we mish so often we consider normal running as power leveling anymore.
Drama? Only what you bring with you. We really have none. Like to keep it that way!
Omega Main: base is max size with overabundance of Prestige. The base is fully functional with transport to all Zones, storage etc...
Black Ops: Priamarily for Storage and alts
Legends base: well you will have to see this one.
Requirements: There are no requirements for becoming a member of the SG. There are however requirements for promotions along the way (all the way up to and including General rank) First Promo req is 20,000 prestige. Your mentor is then responsible for filling you in on requirements for promo to the next level and beyond.
Other: just FYI we have SG uniforms, One slot will be required for anything other than recruit status We have voice chat and majority of our members use it as it is the best way to bond with SG mates. Not to mention just makes the game more enjoyable.
Desription: Omega Factor was founded in the aftermath of a leaderless group. I wanted to make a place where people could play feel productive and enjoy the game with all the game had to offer. Our super group excells at the rise to the challenge in any aspect. We participate in all of Pinnacles Epic events. Hami Raids/Ship Raids etc..
