For NEO and the Fighting pool powers.....I respecced into boxing and tough and made some other changes including picking up taunt, and to be honest I seldom if ever turn on tough. For me it has been a waste of powers and slots, but since I hate respecs [and am now 50] I have not done anything about it to date. I may well respec my INV/SS to a more PvP style build if I ever find one that is....anyway my experience is that Tough is not all it is cracked up to be, but YMMV.

Just playing with the planner as I enjoy cobbling sets together and I think I have a pretty good Superman build.
I've dropped RPD and Punch to take CJ and Taunt, but I've built in near perma-Hasten (22s downtime) and enough recharge that KB and Foot Stomp are at 8s, Haymaker at 2.6s and Air Sup at 1.4s.
Without Unstoppable, S/L is 52.4% with the rest falling in the 26-29% range (6% Psi). Defense is 19.4% to all (2% Psi) with a single enemy in Inv range. Regen is 221% and Dull Pain is permanent. EndRec is 2.0/s higher than EndUse.

lol Very good guide! What i find funny in it is that my tanker really looks like Superman with it's Inv/Ss combo... I'm 37 for the moment but from what you wrote, i definitly can't wait to turn 38 and get foot stomp. Thanks for the great guide!

I skipped Punch, as I find Air Superiority fills that gap admirably. It does about the same damage, and is much more reliable for knockdown (and therefore damage mitigation).

I took Hurdle instead of Swift. Originally, Superman LEAPED everywhere, and this allows for that to some degree. His "super speed" is found elsewhere.

Hasten and Flight account for his speed (and Sands of Mu, in my case).

I don't use Taunt, so I slotted Hand Clap for taunting instead. Yes, it knocks foes flying away from you, but with some taunt enhancers, they remain taunted long enough to come back to you. Additionally, the power just screams "super strength!"

I saw Focused Accuracy as a variation on his sensory powers, so I took that.

Hey, I'm only a level 22, but I am using this guide to help me make the build. I notice you don't have any accuracy slotted. I noticing I am missing a lot, which is making me have to use more attacks as I am soloing. I am running low on endurance really fast. Is accuracy something that should be slotted for this build.

Yes. Up until Rage, this build hurts for accuracy, and by extension, endurance. I tended to slot 1-2 accuracy, followed by end-redux in each attack power until I got rage. You could also go accuracy, then damage, but 1-2 accuracy should cover you until you have rage up and running full time.
