Man, I wanna get home and check it out now. 
Trenchcoats haven't been tested yet, on our side anyway, but you should be able to have one with robo arms. It's a "back" option, such as capes. Therefore you could have your exact same costume that you have now, except have a trenchcoat over it. And you can have the trenchcoat open. Not even sure if you can have it closed.

Something to remember, as I have seen a couple posts of it.
In the past Jay added more costume peices before a issue was released, but after the initial rest launch.
It was confirmed Jay had lots of costume parts, some that even Posi wasn't aware of yet.
Part of I8 is not even on test yet. Veteran rewards is one thing. They may be waiting to test some of the other costume peices later. Maybe they don't want them all out at once, so that each 'set' they release will get actual exposure and have people give them a try? If they all came out at once, some peices would be ignoed in favor of others most likely. Less of a chance if they trickle out and its a 'oh! new peice!' rush each time.
Welp I was on test and hang out at the Tailors and this happens.

As Tuft pointed out, all that he did was some photoshopping of the images. They are great ideas and really nice representations of the costumes, but they are strictly 2D. Making something work in a 3D environment is.. well... 3Difficult.
