Something to remember, as I have seen a couple posts of it.
In the past Jay added more costume peices before a issue was released, but after the initial rest launch.
It was confirmed Jay had lots of costume parts, some that even Posi wasn't aware of yet.
Part of I8 is not even on test yet. Veteran rewards is one thing. They may be waiting to test some of the other costume peices later. Maybe they don't want them all out at once, so that each 'set' they release will get actual exposure and have people give them a try? If they all came out at once, some peices would be ignoed in favor of others most likely. Less of a chance if they trickle out and its a 'oh! new peice!' rush each time. -
Wow Jimson, I am definately blown away now.
The final peice of Phee is absolutely amazing! -
Wow, Jimson. I am loving how Phoenix is turning out! I am blown away. *grin* I seem to have come late though in the complimenting! Had to do some text editing while posting part of her origin story to the Virtue forums. Never will I write in Word again.

Ohhhh! OHHHH!
I am perhaps a little excited, because I am liking that WIP of Phoenix, Crimson! *grin* -
-
I should ask. Is this going to be a surprise deal as to who is picked? Or will we know before hand? *grin*
-
Yes, welcome back Crimson. Just realized I didn't hit 'continue' on this comment when I made it. Woops . ..>.>

I figure I want to start bettering my artistic ability. Been looking through Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain once more and starting to start the various litlte thing sin it again.
There is one peice, out of all my previous work, that I felt was done even close to adequately. So, here I am sharing it and asking for critiquing of it and suggestions!

EDIT - There, now the link should work. >.> *sheepish* -
Practice, which I don't do and thusly am not increasing my ability beyond where it is at currently. >.> I really should.
I could reccomend a book that /did/ increase my skill in drawing until I got lazy and stopped. Thats Drawing on the Right side of the Brain. Great book, I reccomend it for anyone who wants to increase their proficiency.
Though you should upload those, so people can se. What I found myself is that when I freehand a copy or freehand a original, even if their of the same quality to everyone else, I always feel the original is sub-par. I think the reason is that you have no peice to compare it to, thusly you don't feel its as much of an accomplishment. Thats how it is for me, or at least how I think it is. We are our own worst critics after all. -
This is a peice done by Jarwa Studios. My partner and I are very happy with how it turned out. *grin* A little background on the peice. Whats gooing on is Molly is lifting her hair out of the way ,for Phoenix to 'jack in' to her. Basically, to connect to eachother so Molly can feel what Phoenix feels as their both full body cyborgs, but Molly has a extremely dulled, limited sense of touch given her body design.

Yes Foo, you did a spectacular job. I love this peice very much. Thank you, and again. You have done a wonderfull job!

Er, not to be rude, but maybe its a bit early to spam Tanya with screenshots and draw me requests. I didn't see her saying she needed characters to practice on. She just said it was her first time drawing a character that belongs to the game, AKA one of the signatures. We don't want to scare her away with so much spam!
Even if it is deceptively delicious. .. -
Congradulations you three! =D I can not wait to see the peices.

I pick 46!
The pictures of my character, Phoenix Y, are the ones of the girl with the dark purple hair with the large cybernetic arm. *The girl with the brighter purple body and hair is her Student, Molly*

I will make note of one book that has drastically increased my ability and understanding. The book does not just say 'here is a step by step process on how to draw a human form' and then give several pictures, etcetera. It goes into the psychology of it all, and is really quite interesting. I will say I saw a /huge/ improvement after a week of using the book, myself.
Said book is Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. After numerous other books that never really got through to me, I haven't bought anything since. -
I think thats what it is Foo. Molly seems a bit on the short side in the pictures. Her body seems much smaller as I look at it, and as she posted, Molly's player agrees.
-
Hey Foo. Looking at the picture, there is something I am noticing now that I am hearing of it, and looking. The size seems a slight bit off. Also, something about Molly's torso. Perhaps its the angle and without shading to show the forshortening and whatnot ,but there is something off that I can't quite place.
Edit : I see what it is now. My eye is taking into consideration Molly's backside/thigh as a extension of her torsos length in that pose. Now that I realize what I was doing, it looks fine now. Just the size does look off as I am looking at it more. -
Also, in response to Ordinary, yes. The lines would only be necessary if she had enough cleavage, I think, that it could 'pinch' the fabric between her breast and body, or create a significant shadow. I think slight shading with the color as opposed to having hard lines would serve best.
-
I like the picture. My character on virtue has a costume slot devoted to 'exploding clothing' when her psychic powers overwhelm her in times of stress. So I am biased to the concept. *grin*

Wow, on the off chance something odd happens, and I could still get on the list . . http://s24.photobucket.com/albums/c44/nadalcameron/
not be clear in the picturesi s her silver 'under eye' makeup peice, thats ment to be metal plates.
>.> I would love to have something by you, since I otherwise wouldn't be able to, due to budget restraints. .
Edit - I realize I am quite dumb, and posted the wrong link. -
That was something I as not aware of, troubles like that. Makes much more sense, then, why its something not to discuss, as that reason was not previously divulged. Thank you for letting me know!
-
Thank you for the responses that have come up this morning! I am already looking through gallerys, and getting some decent quality screenshots. Thank you, again!

Upon re-reading this post after waking up, I've chosen to take it down. I feel it was not productive.
