Wow, totally loving WP so far. I love that exaggerated perspective you gave him... and, damn, in general (it's really noticeable in your latest stage, I really love the wonderfully solid construction of your forms! His hand and fingers, his jaw, it's great so far! keep it up goat-girl, keep it up!
Another update on a piece I'm doing test colors on...its ZOMG ANIME Ravendown... in preparation for i8 NOW WITH WING..AGE...wingage? Win...gage? I know. Sleep.

I have to redraw her hand and leg or I would have shown a full shot.
Not only does she come back, but with several pieces in rapid succession. It's looking really good so far. 
For test colors, I'd say they're lookiing pretty darned good too!
One question: Is it just me, or does her right breast look a little flat on the bottom? Could just be my insomnia talking though.

Nope... um... that's definitely a touch flat there. And is her boobies blushing or has she jus' been in the sun too long? Sorry sorry, being an [censored] here, but, ya, the breast to the left is being squished up from beneath in some odd ways.
But, color wise, i totally dig them colors... and the blushes on all of her appely cheeks.

Well, I could put up the argument that "Dear god what are you people doing staring at her breasts critically like that... you buncha pervs!"
The shading is based off some neat stuff I saw going on with a few artists I like, so I was testing it out... and the flat boob thing, well boobs do have weight. They don't have their own gravity shields keeping them up, and boning in corsets will flatten bottoms out like that...
I'll also mention the piece is far from done, and is in question as to whether or not I'll ever finish it because I didn't like a good chunk of the actual piece, however, it was something useful for testing the whole shading foo out on.
My corsets don't do that to my boobs >_>;;
Flat boob aside though, I LOVE the blushing shininess all over!!!! It's super cute! Her eyes are great too!

I have several times been in period shows requiring built corsettes for the actresses. They will do some truly funny things to the female shape, especially when the corsettes are improperly built.

Sorry guys! I've been EXCEEDINGLY busy with my short film and the holidays. In fact, I've only seen the inside of my room a whole three times in the last two weeks. Yay.
So tomorrow I'm back in my studio again, and will be working my butt off to finish these next three...

Aye, Welcome back indeed. I do hope you weren't busy enough to miss all of the winter event though.
Santa brought me some wireless headphones because I'm a klutz in the studio... a Gorillaz Artbook...A totoro musicbox (I'm a miyazaki geek)....aaand lots of other stuff. But the wireless headphones are teh happeh. Cuz I really am a klutz.
