If you have a team, don't even screw with Port Oakes, as has been said before, go to St Martial.
Now that you have the badge, there's nothing esle to worry about, just go and talk to the slot machine.

Level 30-35 contact in St. Martial.
None of my contacts inroduced me to Slot Machine.
You dont get introduced to any of the unlockables, you just get the badge then go find them.

Are the Captains the bosses? Can't remember myself if they are. Seems and awful lot of the CoV kill badges are only for the bosses also badge may be bugged considering how many other ones we know aren't working.
Slot Machine is "duh" inside the casino in St. Martial (where else would you expect to find a slot machine?) No referral needed, just go to it when you get the Gangbuster badge.
Cage Capt. badge is bugged. I killed about 300 and no badge.
Some updates:
Winter hordes give Cold warrior after 100.
Mu Guardians givae a gladiator after 100.
Side notes: Arachnos-related badge (Mu guardian, Seer, Spidersmasher) are currently bugged on hero side.
In fact, there is so many bugs with badge right now... i'd advise players to just take a break from badge hunting until some serious fixes are made.
Say, is untouchable confirmed for CoV? Because I petitioned about it and I got a reply from a GM that the 'badge didn't exist in CoV'. And I don't see a progress meter for them on my badge screen.
well, my villain has it.
Untouchable is in COV and there should be a progress bar for it. However, only your basic Consig. and Underbosses count for it, not all Family bosses.

Hmm, can you name me a non Marcone family boss that is not a consig or underboss? 
Do Mooks have Consiglieres and Underbosses, or just bosses?

Monkeywrencher is confirmed for CoV, these are not that bad with a team, I could solo them when I was not being killed by heros/villians. There are at least 4 different spawn points of the patrols that come with a level 38-40 boss also.
Just wondering. Crab Spider Longfang is listed as one of the gladiator badges on vidiot, so could it be possible that it'd be unlocked by killing 300 of them or something?
Does the Marcone Capos give the family badge or do I have to hunt down Underbosses and Consigs? I know I have killed at least 50 and there is no apparent place to see where it might be advancing since it is a CoH badge. I must be close to the Mook Capo badge too.
Macrone bosses give their own badge.
Has anyone in CoV had any luck finding Fake Nemesis or Paragon Protectors yet?
Fake Neme can be found in a few missions from Grant Naylor.
There are toons that look like PP on one task force, but I don't think they "count"

Operative Rutger gives a mission to "Steal Some jammers from the Crey". I was doing the mission set at Ruthless, on a 3 man team and every mob had at least one Paragon Protector. Once the last glowie is clicked you get three waves fo crey with 2 PP apiece. A team could Farm this mission pretty easy, just set to Relentless, and get 8 buddies together and go to town.
