did you use the cohupdater to load the game or did you bypass the updater and use cityofheroes.exe to load the game? If you bypass the updater you won't get a pre-download when logging out of the game.

Has the in game Arc been updated with the rest of the designs yet ??
I've found that when it comes to weapon users it's easier for me to just load the costume onto one of my own characters and then do a demorecord.
I've also taken a tiny whiny break from this project since work has gotten a bit busier this month. I got some cool ideas for Sag and the Gem twins in the pipe though.
Once I wrap this project up, I wanna track down married couples in this game and do some duet shots. -
I got creeped out when the second one was getting in the box and the first one had her foot sticking out and that foot was bobbing up and down to the beat.

Before A-merits were introduced Ouroboros was the greatest friend of the solo only crowd. How else were you earning merits at a speed that could even compare to teaming and running task forces. I'm sure the gut response is you could earn merits doing story arcs normally, but once you completed a story arc you were locked out of it and couldn't repeat it.
Think about it, without Ouro taking your toon from 1 to 50 without teaming meant you were looking at a finite number of merits. Ouro allowed all those who for whatever reason didn't/couldn't team have access to same rewards teamers running taskforces were getting. I don't remember the exact numbers but I believe a bluesider was looking at a maximum of 20 random rolls. -

you can find your host file here
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
open the host file in notepad and for each website you want to block you can just add anther line like the one below
Code:just replace the google address with the address of the website you want to block.127.0.0.1 www.google.com
127.0.0.1 is an address that will route back to the computer you are using. So each time you would try to go to google.com it would look on your computer for the google website. -

it doesn't list where to find the Hosts file in vista or win7 but it looks like those OSs have hosts files.
You'll need to gather a list of IP addresses for the websites you want blocked.
I'm not sure of the fastest way to do that but you can do it one website at a time here

The only War Machine arc in comics that I really liked, or remember is in Iron Man Tony was dead and Rodney took over running Stark Enterprises. I liked it because Rodney got to be his own character and not Stark's buddy/body guard.
When we get a War Machine movie I hope that the War Machine armor and Rhodney get the chance to be shown outside of Tony's shadow. -
Well found might be the wrong word. [lore power] was being passed around global chat, I took a screen grab and found it on my computer and found a way to upload the photo to the internet and show it to you.
I've also taken a bunch of screengrabs of the Judgement Incanate slot info you can find in the game.
