I can't get the message of the day to display using the /gmotd command.

I don't even get a system message saying invalid command.

Is this function working for anyone else?

There's a Halloween Trial that's been confirmed. A Ustream chat about a month ago had a few pictures from the trial map. You can find the pictures in one of Von Krieger's (sp) Ustream threads

The CoT costume pack makes me wish for Thorn blast and Thorn manupliation for blasters.

The end of the thread has several responses from customer support that explain whats going on.

The Base Registrar will not display the "pay rent now" or "create a base" or "create a Supergroup" options to a Preem. These features are only available to ViPs.

Personally I don't think the devs should be giving away bases for free but I don't really mind Preems gaming the system.

This is what showed up in /mypurchases after I bought the CoT bundle (400pts)

Preems can't pay rent, the registar won't even display the "pay rent now" option to a Preem. If he invites a ViP to his supergroup and gives that Vip rent paying permissions your friend can get his rent paid, enter his base and edit all he wants. He'll just need a ViP to pay rent whenever it comes due.

I came across at least two doors like this in southern First Ward. I hope future Praetorian mission require use to go to First Ward and use these doors for fun exciting missions.

The Crags are amazing, I'd love to see the rocks surrounding (and holding up) Talos get a graphics update to look more like the crags.

Path Auras are part of the new vet reward system. You start earning them in Tier 6 or 7.

I had to use a program called Screen Hunter. I couldn't find any other way to get the cursor to show up in a screen shot.

Those first 2 screenshots are standing toe to toe with the hazard contact using first person view.

Looking straight down is my solution to this problem since it first started. I've seen this problem come and go with mission doors (science map) and with Salvage racks. To solve the problem look straight down from the top and wiggle your mouse. Newbs don't know to do this which is way Lisa started the thread in the first place.

Priority Queues mean if the server is crowded the Preems and Freebs have to wait in line and you can just log on.

Not sure if that means a freed would be kicked off to make room for you, but for sure you won't be waiting in line behind them.

After you do the storyarc it makes sense you can't.

So far nothing in Praetoria is affected by the Ghost Slaying Axe
