To the tune of we didn't light the fire?

I'm almost up to 69 months, and I love this game for sooooooooooo many reasons. My first SG on the gradually died and I toyed with the idea of moving elsewhere. I have tried most other mmo's and not one of them came close to the amount of fun CoX is.
I love the community, I can spend idle hours at work or at home reading posts by players like Scarlet Shocker,Tired Angel, Major Control, Damz, Mothers Love and so many others and then you find yourself playing with them.
I'm not a a big fan of the costume creator, not because it's not fantastic, I just don't have the imagination and can't be bothered as any one who has teamed with me will know I always look the same.
I have only once or twice heard people berate someone else,I have always heard people be patient and helpful ( 'Where's Kings row?' followed by 'follow me' )most people are more than happy to help. Even now after all this time I see people helping other people.
I can fly and do all the things I read in those old Stan Lee/Jack Kirby comics when the world was still in black and white.
My only regret about CoX is that my crappy dial up connection didn't allow me to play from day one. I will be here until the lights go out.
By the way did they name a server after me? *blushes*

Usually when I get a hero to level 5 I trot off to kings row to do the Atlas park bank mission to get the jet pack, is there the equivalant contact/mission in Nova Praetoria and if so where do I find him/her? Thanks

As I travel through Praetoria what occurs to me is the sheer amount of work and thought that has gone into it and that makes me happy because it means my favourite game isn't going away anytime soon, I actually had to queue to get onto Defiant a couple of nights ago!

I'd imagine this post has been done before but I couldn't find it. I saw a message looking for a kin for an ITF the other night, and thought to myself 'oooh I've got a totally purped fire/kin I haven't played for a couple of years'..........swapped toon and ran to Cim ( at this point alarm bells should have been ringing......I never use SS these days I'm too clumsy, I just run into stuff). the long and the short of it was that I completely screwed a MoITF in a few minutes and basically made an epic fail of the whole thing
I'm usually pretty good at what I do but this one stuck in my mind and I was wondering if anyone else had any tales to tell

Been here for 5 and a bit years, made some virtual friends who became real life friends, I love every bit of CoH .........the bugs, the mistakes, the new people, the old people, it's like a lovely second family nothings perfect

Could someone direct me to a definative guide on the invention badges as I'm working on my field crafter badge and it's driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.

I use a program called Fraps to take video footage and for screenshots, you can download a trial version. Even on my rubbish old computer it has no hit on performance as it runs in the background.

The french and the German servers have been down for days, why are so many people rude to the players who come here to play a little bit? We'd do the same. Welcome them and make some friends

I noticed after logging in today I had lost a lot of MA badges but gained a few as well could anyone point me in the direction of a list of available MA badges and how to get them. I think the list on Badgehunter might now be out of date
