  1. The Ice/nrg build is about burst damage (not chains). You need to smack down a lot of damage really fast. You dont have to always use an attack.
    Icebolt is one of those powers. Nice to have, but not really needed.

  3. Looks better. A few things.

    -Drop conserve power. You are elec and with stamina and frequent use of short curcuit, you wont have that many endurance issues.
    -Whirlwind needs endurance reduction (min. 2)
    -Maybe get boost range earlier.

    Resistance debuff has a cap at around 250%, so 300% +250% =550%. You cant get it higher.
  5. From primary
    Focus Chi, Storm Kick, Crippling Axe Kick, Crane Kick and Eagle Claw. Cobra strike is also good.

    Secondary.
    Focussed senses (+perception), praticed brawler, quickness and elude are the must takes. Rest are optional, you should prolly get them all, but you dont have to.

    Strategy. Fight when elude is up, run when it isnt.

    Yup. The perception only actually.
    The confuse/fear reduction doesnt matter much. Touch of Fear 3 slotted with fear and you are feared so long the supression will kick in anway. Same thing with a slotted confuse from a mind troller.

    yeah but what if I use Damage inpirations? because I tend to cycle through my inspirations more than most characters I always have damage ones on me, not a dramatic increase in power, but enough to take down a boss

    4 small red insp = build up. I hope your contact is close to the mission.
  9. Easy way to test it. If you cant hit through personal force field, then it doesnt. Aim and build up both 2 slotted with tohit buffs + 2 acc in your attacks and you will hit through PFF from a mastermind (3 def SO's) 70-75% of the time. I once did the calculation and it was about that number. Too dull to do it again.
  10. Afaik whirlwind use endurance/mob. You really need the 3rd slot.
    Tactics is about 11-12% tohit for a scrapper with 3 slots. Its too low a value to make you hit anything. Im slotting tactics cause I dont really need the slots else where. 2 accuracy is better than tactics.

    If you dont slot build up, you would have no chance to hit through things like radiation infection before you get focussed accuracy. Besides its very hard to do damage after ED without build up. Fx. you cant overcome an empaths heal without build up.

    I dont get tactics sooner cause I would rather have the other powers. Whirlwind is better than tactics in Warburg.
    You dont fight that many Stalkers anyway.

  13. Loose the slots in tactics and put them in build up. All tohit buffs.
    For all attacks. 2acc 3dam 1recharge instead. You need it for Warburg.
    Whirlwind is too late. You need it in Warburg, otherwise the good blasters will eat you alive.

    Edit: Loose the slots in fast healing and put them in whirlwind (another end red) and 1 more in hasten.
  14. You should prolly get propel. You can survive the long animation with forcebubble. It does tons of nice damage with containment (plus it looks really cool )

    You can always ditch either single or aoe immob. You dont need any of of them.

    I also agree with all of Hobo's comments. Wormhole can make up for the lack of TP-foe (its even a better power)
  15. Thunderclap and lightning storm are both toggle droppers. The stormset has 2 of them.

  17. To me it looks like your making a scrapper. A stalker is not a scrapper.
    Its not about attack chains, its about front load damage.

    IMO you should get crippling axe kick and build up and loose flurry and thunder kick.

  21. Tough choice. What is your secondary? If its energy, I would pick gale. If its electric or dark I would prolly take O2.
