    You're wrong about the numbers IMO. Its skill, teamwork and those things that make the difference. Good players know how to make a good team, they have superior teamtactics which includes picking the right builds IMO.

    A team of all Ice/nrg blasters would loose to a balanced team. A team of all controllers would loose to a balanced team.
    You think its build cause you think its about 1on1's and its not. Its about teamtactics, fighting the right targets, and all those things. You can bring all of your FotM builds against one of the test going SG's and you would loose.
  4. Nah, its LMN who is the worst. The one with Frost, Edene, Salla and some more.
    Last time on test 3 of us + AoW beat LU (18-10), but lost to LMN.

    I seriously doubt that LMN have been beaten in either pentads or 8 man teams by either union or defiant.

    The closest was the PD's beating the on a wednesday in a 5vs5 + 6vs6 (we won 2 and lost 1), but they lacked some of their good players, and used players from a different SG.

    The problem with PvP is that 90% of the players dont have a clue on how PvP works in this game. This is far from any other PvP, I have seen. The speed of this game compares to none other cause you have to constantly be thinking counters and still react.

    To be a good PvP you need to know every power in the game by heart, and how it effects you.
    You need to know how much you can hit while radiation infection is on you, you need to know what kind of buffs you need to deal with certain situations...there is so much you need to know to rival the best.
    The best players have fought pretty much every AT in the game. They know how much damage they can deliever, when they have fortitude and when they dont. They know how much enervation field buffs their damage.

    You need to know whether to kill the stormie or the empath guarding his back first. You need to know what buffs your opposing team has access too, so you know how many people should assist with the kill.

    PvP between PvP'ers and casual gamers is pretty much a 50-0 victory everytime, and this I think is a major turn off for newbies to PvP.

    Ah, so now the blasters will be forced to toggle-drop me, the controllers & dominators forced to snap through my megre mez protection, the stalkers forced to AS me with unresistable damage (Not that I have any resistance to speak of) and anyone else generally forced to kite me until I'm dead.

    You could try something different.

    Keep fulcrum, and get the fire mastery epic. Keep spamming siphon power and fulcrum to boost your dmg. In no time you will outdamage pretty much anyone, if you can get containment ( ).

    When I PvP my fire/storm/fire, I get more kills than most scraps, and almost as many as good blasters.

  12. Its hit points. There is a huge difference in hp from lvl1 to lvl50.
    There is also a lot of AT modifiers that scale with lvl. A low lvl cant hurt a high lvl since his damage is poor.

    I once tried 5 lvl 10-20's against my lvl50. They couldnt hurt me, and the lowest lvl's I could almost 1 hit kill.

    Why dont you just scale to their lvl? Arena fights are still fun even if they arent at lvl50.

  17. You're trying to respec your earth/rad into a hybrid PvE/PvP and NOT a PvP build. COnsidder again what you want.

    Real PvP builds would prolly leave stalacmites, earthquake, EM pulse, and posibly also volcanic gasses (thou this one might be good in combination with your slows).

    The damage mitigation from heal, acc debuff, ef and epic shield would make sure you can take the damage from ranged blasts unless they use reds.

    What you need to do, is keep melee'ers away, and stack enough immobs or holds to get containment for damage.
    AoE holds have a very high recharge. You cant really use them to stack. The AoE immob differs since the recharge is lower.
    You can use it to get contaiment by stacking enough immobs. Just remember to put some recharge/end reds in.

    You're plan when fighting other trollers is drain their bf's before they drain yours. Rad makes this posible since you can make them miss (Radiantion infection).

    Considder getting a few lucks when fighting trollers, and considder getting a few orange insp, when fighting melees. Just to remove the threat of stacked reds at the beginning of the fight.

    I think its good, you choose primal. I considder it a better choice than psionics even in 1on1's.

    You gotta say, this is how I want the troller.

    We all have preferences. I would have gone PvP, since ill/emps are sweet in PvP. 1 of the best support builds you can make.

    In PvE you also have to make a few choices. Personaly stamina isnt that important to me, since I usually team with kins or emps to give me the end I need. I know a good share of people who play this game, and I can make builds based on my online friends.

    If you want to go PvP, you will find a nice PvP emp guide on the US boards. Link

    You might wanna get your epic shield instead of powerblast. Either that or find the slots to 6 slot it.

    Considder dropping spectral wounds if you wanna be support.

    Maybe drop a few of the end mods in RA. Powerboost can easily make up for the lost.

  22. Hell no. Stalkers can take a beating compared to corrs/doms/MM's. Stalkers should help out teammates instead of running cause it brings down your team.

    Also support AT's should be better at buffing the stalkers, so they dont need to run. Villains have some seriously good shields and loads of them. Therm Rad can do some really good healing too.
    Also stalkers need to be boosted by grant invis to make sure they are always at the stealth cap.

    Stalkers running is only ok, when they arent teaming.

    Edit: Running is staying away from your team too long. Not standing still..
