Anything/Regen is good 
you realise things like this will make sure Regen gets nerfed right? Or did you think the devs would buff inv/sr/da?

for real, any scrapper combo is good, there are NO unworkable combo's and only a few are a bit tough to play.

This is a really brilliant combo.
With skill and timing etc, you can mold your enemies into putty , using your heals while they are stunned/disoreintated etc.
Great boss killer, all over great combo.

Well I would advocate MA/regen as thats my main. Thing is I love it but it may be no good for you. I dont beleive there are many bad combos out there just how they are used. Some power sets need love and that unfortunately makes them weaker to be sure. But MA/Regen isnt a weak one hows that for a clear answer?

My character Dr. Moon is a Martial Arts/Regen character. I find it very good and perfect for soloing a bit!
Ma/regen is a very good build aint to heavy on endurance is pretty fast and with decent enhancements can do some pretty good damage! MA/REGEN FTW!!!
