In my opinion the greatly increased clearing rate outweighs the benefits of clearing bosses. Not to mention for me at least, it's less annoying/tedious especially in my case dealing with Fake Nemesis who often bubble and make me chase them down etc etc

Burn your vet respecs, the I17 freespec, and your three earned respecs (so at least four respecs plus whatever you get through veteran rewards). That's enough to get 40 IOs off not counting the extra 10 per vetspec. After you've burned your free/earned respecs you'll have to decide if the remaining IOs are either worth:
* Buying a respec recipe off the market - these run from 100 to 200 million
* Paying for a respec with real money - this costs $9.99 for one respec -
Well since they already fudged in half the changes by using hidden autopowers they might as well just give an autopower that grants you like 2000 hp or something. Then again, they'll probably read this and say "THAT'S A GREAT IDEA" and then we'll get PvP 3.0.

It's WAI and has been that way for quite a long time, mostly because Stalker players wanted some parity to the constant damage/tohit buff Clawls Scrappers get.

Elec, Spines. EM kinda but I wouldn't roll one with Elec and Spines being around.

AFAIK HP and endurance aren't (if they are it's reeeeeeeeeeeally small). Only time I've noticed a difference between my HP in PvE and PvP is when my character has a passive +HP power (on my Stalker with HPT, my HP in PvP is slightly lower because the heal enhancements in HPT get DR'd).

EDIT: I'm not particularly invested in either type of lineup submission (double-blind or counterpick) but I'm curious as to why people seem to be against it. If matches start on time, does it really matter how people determine what is brought to a match? -
You're not gonna get a Brute as high as a Tanker without DP running unless you really do weird things with your build. Brute base HP is about 1500 (Scrappers are 1400) and Tanker base HP is about 1800. Tankers, yeah, I'd shoot for 2600-2800, but Brutes I'd be happy with the 2000-2200 range.

Other than the map picking rule the only two things we'd be voting differently on are the Stalker lineup and the way lineups are submitted (or not submitted). I don't know if our vote would swing those rulings in any way but if it would we'd put in for a 3-Stalker limit and counterpick lineups.

H/A/R vs R/R/R because R/R/R eliminates the ability to run teams tailored to a specific map and basically turns it into a gamble of "do we run this team and hope for this map, or do we just run a jump team," and every match being a jump team is boring as hell.

How did you have a captain's meeting without all the captains? No one from Convenient was there :/
EDIT: Also is there a ruling on the map rule (i.e. all rounds random or home/away/random)? If that's still up for debate Convenient votes home/away/random. -
Seems like we're up to 5-6 teams... almost enough to get this rolling.
