I've volunteered as well. I keep my clothes on, though.

Oh my gosh, the Oroborus badges. I think I finally have a toon that I feel comfortable taking through to try and get some (my Ill/Rad).
I was trying to find a thread that gave tips on what missions are better (read:easier) to run to get some of the more difficult badges, like the 30 minute time limit at higher levels, but I haven't been able to find one yet. Do you have any suggestions? -
Quote:While I'm rooting for more end-game content as well, I feel the opposite of the "carebear" statement. As an altaholic, there are a lot of badges that I'd like to get across multiple characters. By reducing the requirements for some of them, it helps me in my mass collecting. This game has so much to do, so anything that helps me not feel stuck doing something tedious like "fight 200 of X that you can only find in about 3 missions and they're not even clumped together in the same spawn" is great news to me.But I16 is going to neuter several dozen other badges that are very arguably -not- broken. I've had these badges on my badging characters for years so it doesn't directly affect me, but it does sadden me to think this game is heading a bit too far into carebear triviality as far as this activity is concerned. Hopefully Going Rogue will give us some serious end-game content to replace the challenge of badging that's apparently been deemed "too hard" for us to enjoy.
Granted, this is simply my opinion, and other altaholics may feel differently. -
My gosh, Des. Was all that just from saving up or earned from all the merit hunting?

What time zone is this going to be? EST?

You may want to /bug this, then. Unless you're hitting multiple foes at once (Like with Sweep), Ablating Strike is single-target and should only affect a single target.
-
It mainly depends on if you want to be a ninja or a scrapper. (Not Scrapper, mind you. That's a whole other topic.) Defense sets like Ninjitsu are my personal favorite for Stalkers, because if enemies can't hit me, I can go Hidden again and pull off another Assassin's Strike. However, some people like to do one AS and then just duke it out with the rest of the mob. A Resistance set like Dark Armor, Electric Armor, etc will fit that playstyle nicely.

I'm in for Positron and Synapse.

I love to see someone who has a passion for Dark Armor. It really is a great set with excellent resists, despite its quirks.
One piece of feedback that I have about your guide, however, is that Oppresive Gloom is not an end hog. In fact, Mid's puts it at 0.08 end per second unslotted, which is 0.21 end per second LESS that unslotted Sprint. Also, I can see the constant health ticks being a bit of an annoyance, but for those whose playstyle and/or primary can utilize the Stun to their advantage, it's definitely worth it. Plus, a Heal Enhancement in Health more than compensates for the damage, even when surrounded.
Granted, this is a Brute guide, though, and Brutes need to both hit and be hit at to build Fury. Oppressive Gloom is an excellent damage mitigation tool, but it's better for Tankers and Scrappers (and a decent backup tool for surrounded Stalkers.)
Other than stated above, I don't have any concerns. Thanks for taking the time to write this out; it's an enthusiastic resource for those of us who like the darker side of battle. -

Did anyone else see this?

I hope that's not only what we're getting but that it looks cool as well. -
I'm a little late to this thread, but as a gay man who has been part of a GLBT SG/VG before, I definitely want to point out that the reason why GLBT SGs/VGs exist and people actively look for them is because they offer a secure location in cyberspace. While sexuality isn't something that comes up often in a video game, conversations have come up before where heterosexual guys are talking with me about girls they like and I have mentioned a guy I am attracted to. Those conversations are innocent, but sexuality was a part of them. By being part of a GLBT SG/VG, a person can feel comfortable stating in casual conversation something about the same gender, such as "Sorry I couldn't make it to the Ship Raid last night, I had to go with my boyfriend to visit his parents." In non-GLBT SGs/VGs, that level of comfort and openness isn't guaranteed, and as long as it remains an issue, people *will* form and seek out GLBT-specific groups.
Why don't heterosexuals have parades and specific groups for them? Because they don't need them. It's as simple as that. -
I would like to see a crashless nuke as well. I also love the idea of spinning with guns outstretched in opposite directions as a PBAOE, kind of like Deadpool in the X-Men Legends/Marvel Ultimate Alliance franchise.
I hope that the set keeps the knockdown that Masterminds get, and that it remains knockdown. I think it's a big appeal of the set. -
Anyone have any build ideas for the combo? I have no idea what direction to take a toon like this, IO-wise. Should I focus on damage and recharge or should I concentrate on my resists/defenses?

I still blame Voodoo.

I think that's just the status quo. -
He's not really a Hal Jordan, though. He's more of a Wally West.
Hopefully the movie ends up being written well at least. -
I'd like the join the one on Saturday. I'll probably be bringing my DB/Nin Stalker.
EDIT: If there's LK room, I can bring in a Fire/Mental Blaster or an Ill/Rad instead. -

Was my sorry attempt at a joke that only I appreciated

What was your character name(s) in Fist of Justice?

I'm not sure if you're asking me, but it was Q Patrol, actually. The leader runs the SG/VG like a clique. =/ -

Victory should be called the Private serve, Because if you don't know the most active player in the game you will never get or make a freaking team

Ohmygoshyes. When I stopped being a part of my SG (the leader was a jerk) I suddenly found myself with barely anyone to play with. MA has just made it worse, at least in my experience. -
Yea, as long as it doesn't take too long to get the booster out.

Does Lord Recluse sleep? If so, how? He has big spider arms attached to his back, and I can't think that they'd be comfortable unless he sleeps on his belly but I can't see him sleeping on his stomach because that'd leave his back way too exposed.
Thanks! -
And how about the reverse? Anyone have advice or thoughts on Stone/Ice?

My only complaint with the pack is no Valkyrie Dual Blades, Claws, or Bow. I like everything else.
