Hmm I think I see where you are coming from Saxtus and have a tendency to agree.

If a player has been regularly logging in it seems strange not to have formed even a small circle of contacts (which by associaton usually ends up widening the teaming chances) within a few months of playing the game.

For times when the friends/sg list is quiet I find tuning in to some of the public channels such as badgehunters usually results in some fun.

Yes as mentioned you do a mission for the tailor at lvl 20 for an extra slot, at 30 and 40 making 4 in total including your original.
You can also obtain certain salvage items (available during an event or through WW) and exchange them for a 5th slot.

I apologise Lost Samurai..........twas a while ago you know, you could always make a new samurai and call him lone then I would only be wrong in the past tense.

I would love to have another go at this War Hero and I hope that the griefers and trouble makers who heckled in local last time stay away or stay quiet and let peeps have a great time.

I am not sure if he reads the forums or not but the last hami raid Lone Samurai did we had the most fantastic team leader for the blasters.

I would therefore nominate Sgt M P Lawrence for a post and hope he forgives me but I am sure he would love to do it again if he has time.

thanks for the reply nightmarer, I spotted 2 others peeps with the same message in search comments and mananaged to get a team together last Friday.

We did the 2nd respec and it went like a dream, mixed team of 7 with at least one experienced player who happily took the star and lead us.

Hi ShadowGhost I will put a few thoughts down.
Played for 4'ish months now and inherited the base/sg from a player who dissapeared.
SG has about 30 members, a lot of alt's.
Base is non PVP.

I use it for telepads/storage/temp buff making/recipe creating.

It's the one up from the small free one.

Favourite room is the workshop.

Designed it myself after days of head scratching and frustration learning the base builder.

Gets a redesign when we have enough prestige to add something more.

Still missing a couple of telepads and one of those thingy's you can buy blues and greens from.

Ideal base would have all the telepads most often used, room for members to display there personal objects, essentials such as inspi storage/enhancement storage/buff generators/medi bay etc. And please please a recipe storage place....(but this may upset the recipe balance in game so doubt it would happen).

I could then turn it into a wish list for bases but that would be another topic so i would just say for another question.....

Name 1 thing more you would like available for your base, mine would be the recipe holder.

I want to respec my PB (hazey wunderpus), she is almost 49 now and whilst happy with most of the poweres i want to juggle the slotting about a bit.
I have done the low level one a few times on other toons but never the other two but i will be more than happy to do any.
Please will you give me a shout if you are putting a team up.

I joined in my first hami raid a few weeks ago and the one comment i kept hearing was.....'don,t worry it will be much better once you have reached the debt cap you can just enjoy it after that'.
What sort of incentive is that when all 50 peeps on the team know they are going to ding half a million debt, and we did all of us. It was so hard and took so long that it had to be abandoned.
The social aspect was nice, we had a great little blaster team and in between run in's there was time to chat and make new friends....what a shame there has not been one since on our server because of (i assume) the difficulty and length of time/failure rate

We are a very quiet SG, we have mainly vet members with 2nd and 3rd toons, active levels at the moment are early 30's...late 20's and 12-16's. The base has just expanded and we are building up funds again, 12 TP destinations and the other essentials are present.

I enjoyed it, it's all fun and met some new nice peeps. Only thing i would say is people get tetchy when they don't know what is happening and there was a lot of chat going on in a lot of channels most of which had nothing to do with the leaders. I don't know how to get everyone to watch one channel it should be easy though, and 1 person make little announcements about what is happening as we go along would I think go a long way to stopping some of the rash actions/comments.
Great job getting so many together though and i look forward to next time.

I agree you did the right thing Lav, i would always heal tank first for the sake of the rest of the team. I always feel guilty when playing my empath though if i lose someone and if i lose them twice that is terrible, i guess the guilt wears off in time though and you just do the very best you can. I need to play hazey heal only in short bursts though or else i would go nuts i think, sooo frantic on larger teams.

i would like to join you, i will be looking for clear instructions as it will be my first time and thank you for the details provided so far it helps.

Hazey Jin - Blaster/Assault Rifle

Being new to the game i don't RP and after spending a lot of time in another MMORPG doing it i don't think i will however i agree with the poster who said RP'ers tend to be the long timers. If you lose them from the game because they get hacked off with idiots then a core of your player base is gone which is sad for the community and bad for business for the company. Along with my new membership came a Pocket D VIP tiki lounge membership (restricted to holders only it seems), sorry if it has been suggested already but why can't an RP bar not be created also. Those of us who like to see RP'ing will miss out but at least you guy's will have some peace....
