The question about Shield Charge (which I really wish Castle would weigh in on one of these days, because, honestly, no matter how you look at it, it's either way stronger than it should be or everything else is way weaker) isn't so much a question of low root/animation time (which is what BIB and Blaze "abuse" to achieve such incredible performance) so much as a question of whether the dam/rech/end formula can properly be applied to powers of that kind and whether there should be any "penalty" levied on the power for it being in a defense set (of which there is actually a large degree of precedent for). -

When he tried to update the game it said he didnt have enough memory to do it. I right clicked on the c drive and went to propeties. The pie chart that shows the free and used space shows its all full. It shouldn't be at all. He's running xp.

My cousin went to update his pc to I17 but it said he didn't have enough memory. When i looked at his pc, it shows his hard drive is completely full but it can't be. All he has loaded on it is CoH. No other games, music, videos or anything. He had been playing CoH everyday, it just wouldn't let him update it. Any ideas as to why it would show full? Did his hard drive crap out?

I just read that all recipes higher than 50 that don't drop are getting erased. WW is being totally "reset" and/or emptied.

I consider people with several hundred million to be very rich. The most money I've ever had at one time on one character was 380 million, and that's because I respeced a crafted purple IO that I'd found a long time ago and sold it for 275 mil. I honestly couldn't imagine having a billion.
I only have a few characters I bother getting IOs for at all... most of my characters still get SOs. The ones that do bother with IOs at all just get common sets, rare sets for my best people, and occasionally a couple of the very cheapest ultra-rares if they need a sleep or confuse set...
And I've been playing since I2. /em shrug
I have an elec/sd scrapper at melee def soft capped and 152% rech and spent maybe 40mil on him out of pocket. May not be the best in the game, but def one of the cheapest for what it can do. -
Im curious about this. When i get home, ill glance at the toons and see if i can give a number according to current WW prices. I have 3 accounts, but 2 of them have several purpled out toons with all the recov procs, lotg 7.5's and such. Id say, combined, i have in the 10's of billions tied up in toons and prolly 5-6 billion in cash on across 3 inf. holding toons.

It seems to boil down to who likes what. I dont have a brute, but i know soft capped, with nice rech, an elce/sd scrapper is awesome.
Scrapper damage for me goes like this: 850ish hp of damage dealt with Melt Armor+BU+AAO+SC. Then LR hits to clean up if anything is left standing. At even level cons, SC clears a whole mob x8.
How does a brute compare? What kind of damage are you seeing with them? -

I want to create a super recharge build for this. I have already slotted a level 25 LOTG +7.5% in it. I really am lost as to where to look for good information about adding global recharge without looking at every single set one at a time. Any help? -

You're also wrong in your assumption. The male tops (with skin) that are direct equivalents to the female tops with skin (Tanker, Tank Top, Tattooed Tank Top, T-Shirt and Tattooed T-Shirt) do not permit the use of a secondary pattern either. There is no direct female equivalent to the male bare chests in the game.
And tshirt, and tanker is no way close to tops with skin for females. Look at the amount of skin shown. Tshirt covers the whole upper body whereas tops with skin, do not. -
Wifey and i are going to run 2 dark tanks. Will the auras stack to hit the bosses? I was told that just one dark tank would only hit lt.'s. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, one drawback I found to that much recharge was that my endurance bar kept doing a Houdini on me and escaping into nothingness
. With that much recharge don't forget to allow for significant recovery and endred in your build or you'll be sucking wind halfway through a fight.
Just because you're a bit short of perma everything doesn't mean you aren't highly effective though so don't stress if you can't find the last bit of recharge.
Well, the build i had up was using 5 purple sets, 4 lotg 7.5's plus the other set bonuses. If it's close, it'll do. Im planning on the end procs and some of the bonuses that contribute to recov %'s as well. Influence isnt a problem. I have all of them except one purple set in a bin so it'll be fairly cheap for me. -

Yea, it's total. I just added it up (my cousin added before so i wasn't 100% sure) and it equaled 191.25 with AM and Hasten running. I can change some powers around and try to push for more rech if need be. I'm already not taking a travel, so, it shouldn't be too hard.

I don't see how that is any different than the Male model.. the male model does not even have a Skin option. They are all tights except for the specific Tattooed/Bare Chest, which doesn't accept any secondary pattern either.
To make a tiger, you simply pick a similar skin color* as your primary Tiger color. I think I have 3 female Tiger toons that look just fine. They even have costumes that have jackets, roman gear, and still have the stripes underneath.
*even if your color is slightly off, you can simply use the cat collar shoulder option and it masks the neck line so you wont notice.
Yes, you can add it to tights, as those are complete body suits. And a side note, you can't even make the tail (which is part of the body) the same color as your skin. It has to be from the color options from the suits. -

I am curious why only male toons can have tattoos( even then, it's all Yakuza tattoos). I would love to see option that can go under shirts and such. I suspect it would require a new layer to the system and thus adding greater strain to server performance(most costumes use two layers of graphic).

Female toons get anything added to their skin? It stinks that all the secondary options aren't available under the tops with skin.
