Don't have much experience with Cloak of Fear, but Op Gloom will definitely stack from two different players and stun bosses. (Normally, it will only affect minions, not lts.)
And if you've got a mag 3 disorient attack like Clobber or Total Focus you could probably stun EBs too.

Cloak of Fear definitely stacks with other fear sources and I have first-hand expereince of it stacking with touch of fear and the dark miasma gaze, etc.
I believe that it stacks with other player's cloak of fear, but I've never teamed with anyone else who uses it so no practical experience on that end. I certainly have no reason to believe it would not stack.

Cloak of Fear is tagged the same as Oppressive Gloom with non-stacking pulses for the caster but will stack with multiple casters. The -ToHit will also stack for your cloaks, adding a higher layer of protection than the drunk-walk stun auras.
Wifey and i are going to run 2 dark tanks. Will the auras stack to hit the bosses? I was told that just one dark tank would only hit lt.'s. Any help would be appreciated.
