No, it can be through multiple mayhem missions. You won't find enough to get it in a single mission.

I have bugged this as well, but the clear mind animation has been replaced with the telekinetic thrust animation, and when you cast it on teammates, their heads recoil. It's not gamebreaking, but looks funny--almost like you are attacking your teammate.

When I started playing I just randomly selected Liberty. Now with all the people I know it's hard to think of playing anywhere else.

I'd love to try this once it goes live.

You know this event was fun until it moved to Warburg. If we are supposed to be working together to defeat a Malta invasion then why would we go to a zone where every team can attack every other team. Not good planning. If it was supposed to just be part of the tactics to work together without killing people that renders half of the attacks/holds/control powers unusable. Sorry, but I would make sure you take these things into consideration before planning another event like this.

I think we should keep in mind that the list of features we were given for GR is what was planned. Anything can and will change during a beta test. Things made be added; things may be removed; things may be changed. That is the reason they are tested before the general population gets their hands on them. Am I disappointed it is pushed back? Yes. But I am OK with it. As others have stated, I would rather have something that works better and is more fun to do than something that is not done right.

I don't think the CoP changes are a slap in the face to PvPers. There were issues with base raids and pathing so raids were disabled. Weren't the base raids mainly to steal an item of power gained from doing the CoP? Anyway I think it is a good thing that CoP is back. People have been asking for it for a long time. And I would rather have it now then have to wait for when they can make adjustments to re-enable base raiding.

Honestly base raiding never made sense. Why would a super group raid another super group? It would make much more sense for a villain group to raid a super group and vice versa.

I've got one at level 28 already. May not be able to commit to a regular thing, but would love to join you on occasion when you have room.

I don't think I'd say it is underpowered. It is a great set and I love my DP/Devices blaster. Demon Summoning is a lot of fun too.
