Dual Pistols?
I think it is a fun set to play. It seems underpowered compared to other blaster sets but that could just be because of what I chose and how I slotted.
That said, I am really enjoying my dual 45 weilding vigilante who traces his linage to the original shadow. I have soloed him (mostly) all the way to 38 and had blast (literally)
You might want to check out the preorder from Gamestop. it comes with some nice preorder bonuses. But you don't get DP until it arrives.
On the other hand, Red Names have confirmed that the complete collection will stack with the preorder. So you can do both.
I don't think I'd say it is underpowered. It is a great set and I love my DP/Devices blaster. Demon Summoning is a lot of fun too.

if you plan on getting GR eventually and have the cash, just get it now. Dual pistols is fun and demons are great
/gignore @username is the best feature of this game. It's also probably the least used feature.
Can't get enough Hazy? /chanjoin robo's lounge today!
I have a lot of fun on my DP blasters. I have a DP/Dev and a DP/nrg, the /nrg being the most fun and the /dev currently at level 49.4. Dual Pistols is the most fun I have had since my first fire/fire blaster.
I don't feel the set is underpowered, though it definitely does not have the sheer "I'm a fire blaster, did someone want this map cleared?" uberness. With 2 great burst damage powers and a virtual nuke that does not drain endurance I am able to do some srious damage and walk away blowing the smoke out of both barrels.
I have heard a lot of negative opinions about some of the animations. I really enjoy the anims, even the longer ones. If I needed to have things closer to realism, I wouldn't select fly as my travel power.
My SG buddy went ahead and pre-ordered Rogue to get access to Dual Pistols and is loving it so far. I've been considering picking it up myself but wanted to get your opinions on if it's worth the pre-order now or just waiting until Rogue comes out (late July?).
If you haven't played with it yet, links to good forum reviews would also be appreciated.
