Healing flames is one of the best heals for brutes so make sure to take it and slot it well, 3 heal, 3 recharge is my slotting and it heals me 50% every 20 seconds, 15 seconds if running hasten. Unless you get in waaaaay over your head you will survive thanks to healing flames over and over again.
You can also go 2/2/2 slotting with resistance enhancers since it gives a base resistance to toxic of 15% which is very nice when facing toxic spitting mobs. With 2 res enhancers youre almost at 22% and if thats worth 2 seconds longer recharge and 6% less heal is up to you to decide. -
TP foe is quite common, stalkers use it to TP foe+AS, MM to get you in the middle of their minions for debuff/fear/slow etc, you can tp foe into drones if youre pushed back into the base or just use it to stop someone from running away when they are about to die.
There are some armors that give protection from it and orange insps also protects from it so you cant tp anyone.
If you got stealth and attack you will be visible and even if I dont see the animation, just changing direction constantly will get rid of anyone trying to follow with tp almost instantly. Instead of chasing after them its smarter to use tp foe to bring them back to you if possible. To me moving in pvp is like breathing, I never stand still because stalkers are out there if im on heroes and defiance blasters if im on villans. They basicly insta kill you and its annoying as hell.
Hurdle is used when you got SJ by basicly everyone because of the reason you said, it boosts your jump speed by quite alot. It still dont put you at quite the same speed as SS though so on a straight line you will loose him. Its not easy to just run in a straight line though, often there are debris or stuff in the way that makes it possible to catch up to them. However, once you catch up to him and attack your travelpower will be surpressed for a few seconds and you need some way to contain him in order to catch him and do some real damage. If you got a hold in the set that works against some, air sup might work with knockdown, slow works etc etc. Anything from stopping him from moving basicly. -
TP are only useful for teleporting yourself out of danger really. If someone is pursuing me with TP as soon as I see him begin the TP animation I simply change direction and hes far far away from me.

I have made a quick overview chart of the tank attack sets. If its any help I don't know but here it is anyways
http://megabok.mine.nu/tanks.htm
Without recharge time, end cost and stuff like that it won't give you the full picture but it might help some. Attacks are not in the order they are recieved during level up but sorted by dmg number.
All numbers are taken from Sherksilvers latest update so make of them what you will. -
Recipes as rewards would be nice, they need to have a higher bounty amount for them though I think.

Im in sirens pretty much every night and will definatly be there if theres an event, count me in on one of my toons.
-
Have to go with depends on player and build here, plus you also have crits for a scrapper that can change an entire fight in seconds if he manages to land one or two with BU and a high dmg attack.
-
You just cant build the ultimate character, every person will have a different build. You always have to make some tough choices when going for a pvp build, especially if you plan on pvping in sirens with the lower level cap.
One person you meet will have that KB protection but no phase shift, the next guy phase shifts but gets KB by everything. Thats the beuty of it, you cant have 100% protection against everything, imagine how boring that would be. -
Was playing for about an hour, levling a toon. Hear about the event in sirens and log a pvp toon. Takes me about 5 seconds to crash, basicly as soon as I see another people. [censored] me off so couldnt bother to relog, watched a movie instead. If this doesnt gets fixed soon im not renewing my account since pvp is the biggest reason for me to play at the moment.

Taunt isn't bad in pvp, it definatly has its uses. It's never bad to able to taunt someone going after that thermal keeping your hp bar up.

I can help you out tonight if you like.
@Spinechill -
I played my MM very activly with alot of holds/debuffs/fears going all the time. Maybe I didn't have too but that was the playstyle for me.
If I instead just stood back and did the occasional heal I would have survived fine without stamina, did so for 30 levels before I got it. That kind of playstyle got really boring though, felt like I was watching someone else play instead of actually participating so I went for stamina and a more active role.
It also helps alot if you need to resummon mid fight in say an AV fight. -
Somethings [censored] alright, tried it on my MM just now and no matter how I couldnt get the looks from the 2nd upgrade to stick.
Pre I8 if you applied the lvl 32 upgrade first then the lvl 6 one you got the right cossies but now it sticks with the first ones. -
Would never drop stamina personally, you will fight alot of AVs/Heroes post 40 and they can be very long fights in smaller teams. You will also run into sappers and other end draining mobs and a faster regen of end is always good.
Build up is also something that I would never go without, either for that opening attack or that finishing one.
Health is a personal thing, I always go for it on brutes, not on squishies though. Almost 80% higher heal rate isnt something to sneeze at (when slotted).
Swift or Hurdle depends on your travel power choice. I always go for SJ so I always get hurdle/health/stamina.
Hand clap can be a good situational power when you draw too much aggro and need a quick breather for aid self. In groups you will tick people off if you constantly scatter the mobs though since everyone likes a tightly bunched group of mobs for AoEs. -
Just going by attacking normally I never ran out of stamina on my regen. However, since I picked up tough, hasten and focused accuracy its very needed. Depends on what your planned build is really.

The targeting for pets seem to work like a list, they do one mob at a time. If a previously dead mob rez he will get his old place in the list back, which is always at the top of the list. Thats why they will turn around immediatly if you dont issue a specific target for them.
They freak out from this sometimes but once they kill the mob it seems fine again.
And whats with the increased runspeed? Thought I had gotten speed buffed pets before without noticing it. Not saying I don't like it, not sure why exactly we got it though. -
If its for a concept, just get dual wield and use it to bring out the pistols when you need em. You will have alot more use of other powers and you need the slots as well.
Or course, everyone gotta play the way it makes sense for themselfs so dont let me put you off doing it.
In the above build I would slot your henchies more, 6 slots for each of em. They are your main source of DPS and need to be taken care of with love. I run my MM with 2-3 acc, 3 dmg and 1 endred.
Not getting stamina until 30 will leave you unable to use much of the attacks you have until then if you use Darkest Night and Shadow Fall. Maybe put off pistols and gang war and you get stamina at 24 instead, pistol is the weakest attack and gang war has a very situational use. -
This is a truly fun toon to play, wish i had tried a corruptor sooner
Just got LR and the slow from it is amazing. Don't have acrobatics yet but as soon as i get it I don't have to worry as much about annoying knockbacks/downs all the time. Few more levels to grind out first though -
Just wanted to say thanks to all for a truly fun night in Sirens Call on Union tonight. Don't think a single harsh work was said, truly amazing
Villains had a small advantage and managed to push the heroes into their base a few times but you guys always pushed back and made us run a few minutes later. Havn't had this much fun in sirens for a long long time, thanks to all once again and I hope I see you tomorrow night -
Been trying a corruptor myself as of late and its alot different from my usual toons which are all scrappers or brutes. Gotta stay very mobile and you get to see the inside of the hospital alot more
Overall, its a very fun toon to play cause you do something else than just mindlessly hit the other players. You dont have the power of a stalker or a brute with fury going so you gotta find some other ways to get the kills.
Im trying out a ice/rad corr and the hold and slow in ice togheter with the AM buff and debuffs in rad make heroes shake in the boots, its awsome fun. -
Just a joke from my side, important thing is to enjoy yourself

So to help them remember it's fun you set out to [censored] them off? I don't follow the logic here.

I usually talk to people and try to lighten the mood but if their first response is namecalling, 99 times out of a 100 its no point in trying to have a conversation. -
Global is @Spinechill btw...
