The to-hit debuff branch of Interface proc's is pretty sweet; especially as at the higher level versions it also adds a chance for -regen (with the very rare radial version having a 100% chance to inflict -regen on the target(s)) - suspect it would prove pretty nasty against AV's and other targets with high hp/regen.

I swear you seem to be arguing the point just to be as contrary as possible and its getting real old real quick. Tech, Z, Floaty and Omy have already (repeatedly) attempted to explain to you why in their view; and mine as it so happens since I agree with most of their reasoning, you are wrong and for that (and their saint-like patience) I salute them.

In all honesty the only conclusion I can come to is that you are deliberately trolling and it really is getting more than a bit tedious.

Hmm, well only have 3 50's at the moment (one of whom is a peacebringer so possibly not going incarnate with him as not entirely sure how I could explain it concept wise). Of the other two characters:

White Warlock: As is he is a magic-origin ill/storm/primal controller who has the Archmage badge title for a reason and is often (semi) jokingly referred to as Gandalf by a number of other characters. So I guess it's not a massive leap to have him become sort sort of Avatar/Chosen of Magic or something along those lines.

Black Providence: A mutant origin MA/SR scrapper with the SR representing the fact he is a high level precog. I imagine that much like Z's mutants him turning incarnate will just be him unlocking more of his mutant abilities rather than turning into some sort of horrific hybrid of Chuck Norris and Savras...

For what it's worth subsequent to yesterdays patch I appear to be encountering the same issue: when launched cohupdater.eu.exe attempts to verify image and then immediately crashes with the same error message as above.

Which is irritating as I kinda wanted to play more of GR but ah well....

Was on a team the other day and it seemed that pretty much EVERY mob contained either a quantum/void or a nova/dwarf.

Admittedly they aren't as bad as they used to be now that quantums do pure negative energy damage which means that quantum/twilight shield and dwarf form can usually reduce the incoming damage fairly sharply, but the associated stun it inflicts on khelds can still cause the odd faceplant if it catches you at just the wrong time.

Council bases....about 85-90% of the mission maps on the HEAT story arcs are the council base maps....I swear having run my Peacebringer to 50 and finished all the HEAT arcs I could navigate the assorted council base maps blindfolded.

A little variety wouldn't hurt every now and again. Plus constantly fighting council with high-level spawns seeming to consist of nothing but galaxy troops and council riflemen (with cryo rounds) - the stacked slows get a little tedious in mission after mission.

My Ice/Rad Corruptor seemed to get a warshade, or at the very least a character with the umbral blast powerset. Not entirely sure how that occured but hey ho...

And yeah - said Clone tanked Ajax while I dropped the psi dampers (it probably helped that I had debuffed Ajax into a small inoffensive puddle courtesy of the /Rad holy trinity).

Possibly I happen to be blind and have missed it but do we know if the GR expansion will include some extra character slots/slot tokens?

And if not could the relevant people finally get around to sorting out a method for those of us without credit cards to purchase extra slots?

Don't get me wrong, I love CoH but sometimes it seems as though NCSoft don't actually *want* my money - lord knows they make it difficult enough to give it to them at times...

I rather suspect any of them who tried to read the mind of Black Providence (my MA/SR scrapper) would probably end up curled up in a corner gibbering...because y'know - seeing EVERY possible future all at once might be a little bit difficult to process (bit like when Rose consumed the time vortex in Dr Who but I digress....). Theres nothing actually stopping them reading his mind, they just probably won't be able to comprehend what they find there.....

Hmm, certianly interested in taking a stab at this as have never actually got round to participating in a hami raid.

Not sure just yet if I will be available but should know if i'll be free thursday night by end of monday (have exams and stuff next week so am fairly busy). If I can make it i'll be bringing my illusion/storm/primal controller.

Okay folks, I'm planning on looking to start this around about 14:00 british time; currently (assuming everyone turns up) we have 3 defenders,a blaster and a controller - if anyone else is interested please let me know because as it stands currently we don't have the numbers necessary to actually start the TF.

Sorry about that folks - not 5 minutes after starting the thread Virgin kindly broke our internet again.....finally got around to fixing it today....apparently there was a fault causing (and I quote) 'Minor Connection Issues'.........if no connection for an entire week(barring 1 hour of working internet)is a minor issue I don't want to know what they term a 'major connection issue'.

Ah well...figures that would happen given the way my luck runs....

Lo Folks, well seeing as how Virgin finally got round to fixing my internet I figured i'd celebrate by trying to organise a run through of the states TF for my main character seeing as how I've never done it.

Anyhow, aiming to kick off the festivities about 2ish british time tomorrow afternoon so if anyone else is interested in joining in please register below.

Just for those not aware the states TF is for level 45+ heroes and requires a full 8 person team to start.

Just wondering if GR has sent out the PPD codes yet as am still waiting for mine to materialise......(this of course assumes he can actually read my handwriting and decipher the global and forum names I gave him )

Steven will attend as he is both friends with Richard and dating Samantha...not exactly going to be able to beg off the party methinks :P (which also gives you another member of the WoD to enable team access)

Slamming the bottom of his staff on the debris strewn floor, Michael conjured a series of magical constructs that formed a physical barrier between himself and any return fire.
