Funny... my team ripped the 40 PPs to shreds, after one team wipe, we learned what we needed to do. Then again, my teams never fail.

You all should really team with me sometime on Justice. My teams always rule. Always. I haven't had a single failure yet.

It's the AV at the end of that TF. Hopkins, he's a dude that looks like a Secret Service agent on both STEROIDS and Ahnold's fitness plan.

Ironically, the level 40 PPs took longer to take down each than he did.

Then don't. It seems this is a popular sentiment here for why people don't lead teams. They feel like they're "serving" people.

Well, I don't serve anyone. I run my teams like a benevolent dictatorship. I tell people before they join what we're going to do, I tell them how I run my teams (I have a couple quick macros set up for that) and then I set the mission.

Everyone, goes, kill stuff, get eXPeez, and has fun. Then I just set the next one that *I* want to do, and the next one. That's it. If anyone doesn't like it, well nothing is making them stay.

I don't tell people HOW to play, unless they get their teammates killed. That's when I step in. Other than setting the missions and deciding what we're going to do (which is whatever *I* want), the team pretty much "runs" itself and I'm nothing but another player.

So, yeah, that's about it:

Well, where were YOU, I just ran the First and Second Respec Trial AND Numia's TF today. All on full teams that I formed out of random people that said "yes". All teams started less than 10 minutes after starting to search for people.

When I'm forming a team, I send a tell to everyone that's A) not in a team and B) doesn't display "accept no invites". I figure out SK/Exemplaring later. I send a TELL mind you, not a direct invite. But people still get pissed.

You know what? I ignore them. I'm only sending them one tell, they can deal with it. It's the fastest and easiest way to get a team full and most importantly, it WORKS.

I never have a problem getting on teams blueside, no matter the time OR server.

I ran into a tree once, with my head... running at full speed from a girl that was trying to kiss me, when I was like 10. True story. It knocked me out for an hour and I woke up in the Nurse's office.

That was a dumb moment, and all my other dumb moments came after that one. Hmmm.....

I don't know about you, but I've basically become a PERMANENT team/TF starter. I only play in full teams nowadays (unless I'm working at the same time ) and I almost always form and run them.

Stop by Justice sometime to see what I mean, heh.

I ran a Manti a week or two ago, and we left the first mission and reset the TF. We had a lot of high-conning mobs and it was VERY difficult, and the leader said those shouldn't have been spawning. So we disbanded and restarted again. Didn't change difficulty settings or anything, just abandoned it and started over, and it appeared to be of normal difficulty. The leader said that it was a bug that surfaces now and then and seemed to be happy with the 2nd iteration. We then breezed through it with no real problems.
