You should seriously consider getting (or making one) this. The USB typewriter.
I don't roleplay but I want one. -
Just to note - the LFG channel is somehow also binded to the Help tab.
Some of the default tab settings are kind of... well... dumb... Why is broadcast also put into the local tab and local chat put into the broadcast? Do we really need two tabs for broadcast and local chat? I manually go and fix all that garbage every time I make a new toon (also now take Help and LFG out of Broadcast and then go and take LFG out of the Help channel.)
I hope in i24:Fix All Things some of these... wonky... default chat tab settings get a one over. -
Just create a global channel and invite people from across the servers to join it. While it may not reach *every* player, you can still get a wide selection of players who are willing to just "chat."

I, personally, would like to see the Zombie Statesman mask for Halloween this year. For male, female, and huge body types.
-
TBH I haven't heard the community, at large, crying out for Golden/Silver Age costumes either.

...works better if it were released during the Halloween event. This is a "Zombie Invasion Survival" set, if anything.
After an Apocalyptic event I'd imagine most of humanity would be dead.
I don't think my clothing would make it through without getting a tad besmirched. Common sense, you know; end of the world of events tend to be dirty.
Oh, and Zombie Events usually are about skeletal remains or undead forms - not hockey masks. -
Quote:No.Would be nice to be able to use boosters on rare recipies bought thru Shop. Was a waste of good points to get and have them not treated the same way as ones bought/earned thru markets.
Market enhancements, unlike the ones bought through the auctionhouse/earned in game, level with you. If they were to be made boostable you'd have even more people crying "pay2win" (although they continue to fail to realize that there is nothing to win.) -
Quote:Once you make the forums easily accessible from in-game (UI nightmare, I know) you might get a better sampling of the game population. The fora represent a segment of the population, and a very narrow one at that (I've posted the numbers before so I won't rehash that)
Have you thought about announcing feedback threads on specific topics in the GMOTD? -
Considering Water Blast just came out a few weeks ago, I'd harbor a bet that it will be mid/late August or early September. But sometime before December.

Ah, yes. Gold lamé tights are in order, I think.

Will they be invading my dreams?

I actually really enjoyed this coffee chat. I hadn't previously considered upgrading my mouse for gaming purposes but now the seed has been planted.
Crafty, Devs, very crafty. -
Quote:But that's kinda the style of post-apocalyptic clothing - the world is meant to have fallen into a more primitive and violent state, and there's not really much room for focusing on fashion and style when you're struggling to survive, so more feminine clothing is going to be pretty rare.
Not necessarily. -

I had had a similar idea - but how do you prevent theft? How do you prevent people from stealing work from other people online (Daz3D, Renderosity, etc.) How do you maintain quality control? What file type do you use?
Years ago VZones, which I used to actively play, started a commission artist system and they had some pretty strict guidelines and they only maintained so many artists - and your work had to sell.
But that was in 2D (still, it was a friggin nightmare.)
Don't get me wrong: I love the idea. I know that CoH has a wildly gifted talented pool of players but I do not think it is feasible for PS to handle such a "community artist" program.
Would be nice though. -
I only play Emp/Whatever Defenders. I've had good experiences with Empathy/Mental Defenders.

You must learn all forum posts go astray.
Some sooner than others.
So, I am now Catwinning this thread.

Statues based off of players has been pooh pooh'ed before - and for good reason. Imagine sore losers having to be constantly reminded that their character didn't become a statue.
Rather, I'd prefer to see statues of different types (I hate modern sculptures but even those would breathe some life into the zones vs the old cement mold statues we have.)
