Whatever happened to the concept of Crafted Costumes? I wouldn't mind seeing a few NPC costumes made into Costume Recipe Drops - as Very Rare recipe drops...

Nothing ever launches full realized. We never get a "complete" package - we get things bit by bit. Imagine if we had to wait for the entire Incarnate System with all the iTrials to be completed in the Praetorian Arc for "Going Rogue" to be launched.

I enjoy the ala carte system. Beast Mastery isn't for me, but Street Justice was. Staff Fighting is a meh for now - I'll wait for it to go on sale and use my accrued PPs to buy it.

I do love Darkness Control - the FX are brilliant. I sort of wish the other "Dark" powers would get a similar FX revamp instead of the murky inky goo they are now.

It was a minor scratch - it was the whole hit and run aspect that pissed me off. Their car took more damage than mine and I needn't summon the police and have my insurance go up. -
