How much do you have, Thor?

Enough that my computer at work actually ran out of virtual memory and almost crashed trying to load his page...

*huggles TA anyways* -
You just make me jealous that you can afford all those commissions and that people like ya enough to do lots of stuff for you.
I never really saw it as a negative thing. You should feel blessed, at least in my opinion, hon.
*huggles TA*
Anyone giving you a hard time, you let me know. Tundara gave me some fun swords... -
Absolutely awesome Alex. Quite fun watching the process. Don't burn out on us now!

Wow Aero. Any chance you're doing a HotBod group shot? You've got a few already.

I could see that!!
Might need some censor bars though!

They'll behave if the kids are in the pic.

No petifilia, please. >.>;
[/ QUOTE ]
It is spelled Pedophilia, and I don't recall anyone saying that...
As Tam said, the 'kids' are babies of married Hot Bods and as if people would think they should be shown in any inappropriate ways.
The Hot Bods have a big history... And have changed a lot in the last year. We're all still sexy as hell of course
A group shot of the main HBSS would be quite cool. -
Two time zones. California is Pacific, Texas is Central, and Mountain is between them.

The reason some replies are deleted along with ones that don't look to be harmful is because any reply "chained" from that deleted one is deleted also unless you reply differently. Thats why harmless posts are sometimes wiped when a forum breaking post gets wiped.
I figured everyone knew that by now...
[/ QUOTE ]
*nods*
That's why I try to be very careful about who I reply to and whether or not I use Quick Reply.
Person A insults another person, Person B replies to him. Person C quick replies to Person B. Person D Quick Replies to person C. Person A's posts gets deleted, along with B, C, and D. -

Also, the fact that CuppaJo did not hold herself aloof and act solely as a traffic cop was not a flaw.
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree that Cuppa's involvement in the community was a good thing. I also dont agree in the slightest that Lighthouse is acting solely as a traffic cop if you were implying that.
We're getting much superior response to bug report threads on the forum than I've observed previously, and Lighthouse has posted a number of non-traffic cop posts in his time here.
[/ QUOTE ]
Lighthouse => in California if not in the Cryptic office itself.
CuppaJo => in Austin
It does make a difference. -

It's about the fact that some posts containing personal attacks and profanity and/or clearly confrontational, provocative trolling are left unmolested while posts containing relatively harmless commentary is smacked.
[/ QUOTE ] Your going to have to show an example of this , because I haven't seen any thread get deleted unless posts were off topic or flames. This forum has 10,000 posts a day , you can't possibly read all of them.
If someone hits notify moderator at the bottom of the post , it gets deleted in a few hours .
[/ QUOTE ]
No, no it doesn't. The posts by Sovran took days, even after all the posts having the notify button hit, and a special request to Cricket to finally get them deleted.
So no, hitting notify moderators doesn't always get anything done, even if the reported post is BLATENTLY breaking rules. -
<QR>
After the recent debacle of Sovran and some other issues... I'm really starting to question the even-handedness of the moderation here. Whether that is Lighthouse or the other mods... It's been irking me.
People going around filters, cursing out other players, or just being general jerks... and what do you see at the bottom of their post? Edited by Moderator3. The post could be in clear violation of 2-3 forum rules and guidelines and they get edited? Every one of Sovran's posts in the naked thread were flagged to the mods, they remained, even when other replies were deleted. Cricket had to be PMed to take care of Sovran's responses in the naked thread, and it was obvious to her that they should have been removed... but apparently not to any of the other moderators that went through that thread.
As for me... someone necroposted and deleted a reply in a two year old thread of Statesman's. I post in the thread to lock it and flag my post. Guess what happens to my reply? Deleted. Thread remains at the top of the forum because it has recently been replied to and thus, continues to get new replies. This goes on for a day. I finally post, explaining to the mods that deleting does no good, that the post will remain at the top. The entire thread, Statesman responses and all, disappears.
That thread with the insult in French? Flagged the OP and flagged my response that the OP was using another language to bypass the filter. It apparently took forever for anything to be done, though it sounds like my responses were deleted. I didn't see any of this happen.
Moderating has been uneven. That is my issue. Lighthouse, I would think, should be attempting to set the standards for what problems need what responses. It doesn't seem to be happening. I've heard of people getting PM warnings for far less (heck, even questionable if they were doing anything wrong at all) than other people that don't get in the slightest bit of trouble.
One bad reply in a thread? Delete the bad reply.
Thread plummets into bashing and rudeness? Lock.
Off-topic, double-posted, and/or ranting thread? Lock or delete.
Come on... this is Modding 101.
Let people crack jokes. Let people have fun. Nip it in the bud if it gets too out of control, but if it's just people being a little bit silly, not breaking any rules other than being a bit off-topic, is there really anything wrong with that? -

Just noticed while playing a /kin - Siphon Power does not make a little icon appear up by all the other status effect icons. Upon activating the power, the Combat text would say it was activated, not say it missed, but the icon didn't appear. My damage increased, though.
[/ QUOTE ]
It's a long standing bug.
Enable Auto Power icons and you will see it. For some reason, the game considers both Fulcrum Shift and Siphon Power to be Auto Powers. -

Edit: To Alex and Bill, it's lovely and thank you so very much. Now to just get the hubby to okay me spending that kind of money >_< -
It was better than it was right after I7's release. I hadn't had any problems for a few months, though I don't go in Grandville. No villains high enough.
-
The memory leak is back as well. Que surprise.

Also what seems to me like a good idea for Super Speed vertical movement is make some places like a antural ramp, kind of like in the Tony Hawk games, and make it so that you run up it and go flying through the air for a short while. It would be complicated to add in, but game developers are so darn smart =)
[/ QUOTE ]
Not possible with the current game engine.

To start, why cannot the police scanner missions count for everyone in the group, regardless of who their police contact is? Villain newspaper missions used to do this, but are now also broken. So now, unless everyone on the team has the same police contact, only certain people get to work up to a safeguard mission. Not good.
[/ QUOTE ]
o.O
Huh? It is working though. I had been working through a Brickstown police contact, but did a SGmate's scanner mission from a FF police contact. I look in my contacts, I got credit on my FF police contact for completing that scanner mission.
Seems like it's working to me. -

Say um could someone add the Samurai armor options to the armored sections of the costumes....
Seams kind of silly to have skin tight bulky armor in my opinion.
I noticed onthe female chest section i couldnt select the samurai stuff...soo....thats why i had to post this.
[/ QUOTE ]
Huh?
The Samurai stuff is all over. The chest pieces are in Chest Details. Shoulder pieces are in Shoulders. Waist pieces are in Belts. Then the boots, gloves, and helmets are in the obvious places.
What exactly are you asking to be fixed? It's all there. -
[ QUOTE ]
Im gonna be lazy and not read the last 67 pages and say the shoulder costume piece named "gladiator" was completely removed.

On what sex? Body type? Upper body style?
Several of my characters have it. -
My only good experience with a SGM was the IP one (though the FF one wasn't bad)... But Family and Council mobs don't usually tend to be as threatening as others.
-
[ QUOTE ]
Just what was fixed about the new hair styles, I really want to know? Some look worse now than they did before, and many still clip with various costume pieces particularly new pieces such as the government glasses.
Please bring back the original wedge, straight, and other hairstyles either as options or simply revert them back to the originals.
Thankyou,
-Snow Witch-

After playing tonight on my controller (she has a longer hairstyle, forget which)...
I agree. Unless there's some really damn good reason why the female hairstyles were changed, can they please be changed back? They look awful. The foreheads look all jacked up and the hair looks unnatural. Please give us the old styles back. All of them. -
[ QUOTE ]
I'm having trouble getting all of the lower level safeguard missions (and their badges) for my lvl 50. We are unable to exemplar down to get either Police Scanner or Safeguard missions of our own in lower level zones. Granted we can team with lower level players to accomplish this, but it can take a long time to find someone. It just seems like a punishment toward those of us who've been here a long time.
[/ QUOTE ]
And guess what all high level villains had to do when Mayhem Missions were introduced?
What's worse for them, they have an accolade that requires getting all the exploration badges for each MayMish. -
Because it is not possible, per the Devs, with the current game engine.
On topic, please tone the effect of Superspeed back down some. The gigantic spikes of light with each step are too much. The previous Superspeed (or even the one before that) was a lot easier on the eyes than this version. -
That is the result of the reorganization of costume pieces... been there for awhile. It is why so many costume tokens were handed out.
-
Police Scanner missions in PI for all PI level ranges (40-50) are occasionally spawning on one of the Monster Islands up north.
I have /bugged this in game.
That door is a damn near guaranteed death sentence to anyone without a form of concealment. I had almost my entire team wipe out upon exiting. Those that died were killed before they could even move their character.
Please block this door as a possible mission entrance or else fix the Monster spawns so that they are nowhere near it.
