  1. if it hasnt been mentioned yet, since issue two porting to a new location will stop any acceleration you may have had.

    this stops the ability to "slide" while porting , and means instances of falling are greatly reduced.

    im thinking December 16. thursday is much more likely then a friday.

    it also gives them 1 work day to settle any minor bugs before the weekend, and a week before the break to work on any major bugs.

    just for the record, whirling sword with 6 damage SO's will bring a (no leathal resistance) minion to 45% health and the dot will take that up to 55% buildup will add to make it 65% of the life of a minion villian.

    the pbaoe is very small and will really only hit those in melee range.

    if your going to compare those attacks with anything compare them with other PBEoA's please.

    Agro is generated based on damage/status effects, so if there are any changes made to powers the agro effect will change automaticaly.

    • Fixed the Head of the Hydra badge. It is now awarded correctly.

The accolades come from doing a set of badges that are related by theme not by type.

    There are three badges that can be seen in the piggs files if you deve in. It would appear that there is one "TaskForce Commander" for completing all the taskforces (cant do old task forces)

    one for completing all the kill badges (cant go back for isolator badge, cant get skyraider skiff badge if your past the Sky Respec trial)

    one for completing all trials (cant go back for trials)


    These three badges have not been enabled in the system for a very good reason, they would really piss alot of people off if they couldnt get them.

    But they have made them, so i suspect that the moment flashbackmode is available (you ARE that lvlyou can even do the tutorial again if you pick lvl 1) these three badges will be enabled.

    So you can confirm that frontline is an outdoor mission? Can you also confirm that it is in the level 35-40 range? Before issue 2 there were no outdoor missions before the level 40-45 missions. Is it possible that that either,
    A: This is a new mission, that was not in the game before issue 2?
    B: The mission has been updated, and the update is somehow interefering with the datamine detecting that some of us have completed the old version of it?

    i did that mission with a friend last night. Instanced Outdoor mission. got it at lvl 36.

    He got the badge at the mission complete. I however did not get the badge tilkl i went back to the contact and turned it in.

    Get him to go back to his contact and he should recieve the badge.

    Since I got into beta ive been asking for a straight up punching powerset for scrappers. since BETA!.. can I get an answer? Im not the only person who wants this.. not by far.. there have been dozens of other posts asking for the same thing but Ive yet to see a dev reply to it with anything.

    Cant you tell us if its being discussed.. if its in the works.. if its not going to happen.. SOMETHING.

    The original character that I wanted to make in this game was not possible because there was not a punching powerset for scrappers.. ive been sitting on that character since the middle of beta and im to the point now where I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MAKE HIM.

    Now, im looking at a DM/Regen scrapper.. and its getting to the point where I may just go ahead and make him even though he isnt what I want. But its really hard to dedicate myself to this character when I still dont know if the character I really want may become available sometime soon.

    SO.. how about it can I get an answer please? I could sit here and list all the reasons that ive been a good fan for this game and why I "deserve" an answer.. but it probably wouldnt matter and honestly I shouldnt have to do that anyway.. im not the only person asking for this and when a large number of people in the community want something, I think they at least deserve an answer.

    (btw i did have a period of downtime when i moved, so its possible that this was answered and I never saw it.. so if it has been answered, can someone link me to it, or qoute it for m.. I did a search and didnt find anything)

    I received a badge for completing the respec in the accolades, however there's a listing for a badge specifically for each Trial and Task Force. The TV one is still empty, last time I checked.

    i believe that once you use your respec it reverts to the normal badge.

    Its now been changed on test. It allows you to attack, and instead of a toggle it is now a click power. at the end of its duration you are drained of all End and lose all "normal" end regeneration for 20 secs.

    With hasten and quickness plus 4 recharge reducers you can make Perma-Elude which combined with the passives gives you the equivilent of running all the toggles. This saves you 10 slots and 1 power that can be used elewhere. (you are forced into taking focused fighting.)

    5-Endorphin Release - Click, heals 10% of hitpoints (0% if at full health), also buffs hero damage by the 2x the % healed for 30secs. Endorphins flood your nervous system, allowing you to shrug off the effects of some of your wounds, this also supercharges your muscles making you more damaging for a short period.

    6-Quickness - Auto, (33%) Reduce Recharge of powers, 20% RES on Any Hit that would do more damage then 55% of the players total hitpoints. With your extreme speed you are able counter the momentum large blows when you are unable to avoide them outright.

    9-Delude - Click, Summons 1-2 mirror images. 30secs. clones do no damage, they draw extra agro and have 50% less HP. You are moving so fast you target is seeing double/tripple missing makes them angry drawing extra agro
