This was a blast.
A huge round of applause to you Arcanaville and to all those who help set this up and run it.
And kudos to everyone who came out. It was an honor defending Primal Earth with all of you. -
I may just have to check our World of Tanks now.

I'm organizing a trip into Recluse's Victory to collect the badges for defeating the Freedom Phalanx.
You'll need to be a Villain or Rogue to participate.
Meet in Grandville on Saturday, Nov. 10th, at 7pm Central. -

Quote:Thanks cool too I guess. If you could alter the entity properties of entities spawned in a demorecord, you could inject movement and animations into them.
Which is another way of saying you could theoretically create a game engine and inject the visual behavior into the game client while it looped around playing a demorecord. -
Quote:I think Arcana is speculating about the possibility of an offline base editor!Strayed away from the forums for a bit...
I'm not entirely following you on this. To what end(s) would you wish to manipulate the memory locations for spawning?
When I first read this, I wasn't entirely sure if I wanted to ask what for or if you were making a joke that went over my head, haha.
However, I think I'm just missing what purpose you're thinking of for this.(Hopefully, lol)

My dear friend and roommate. -
I don't know the answer firsthand, but since the GMs work for NCSoft and not Paragon there shouldn't be any difference.

I need to get Global Threat to complete the exploration badges for my main. Can anyone help please?

A big thanks to Amy for running that second MoKahn run, and to all those who joined in.

That would have been awesome!

I'm not usually one to keep on top of the latest internet trends. But over the last year or so, even I had noticed that there were an increasing number of cartoon ponies showing up everywhere. Apparently there was a new My Little Pony cartoon and lots of people were excited about it for some reason.
At first I didn't really give it much thought. I do like animation; I watched Cartoon Network almost constantly back when it was good (Power Puff Girls, Samurai Jack, Megas XLR those were the days). But a girl's show about cartoon ponies just didn't seem like something I'd care for.
Then I started noticing that a lot of forumites, ones whose insights and opinions I really respect, seemed to be fans of the show. So when I saw it was on Netflix, I decided to watch a couple of episodes to see what the fuss was about.
Of course I got hooked big time. I now check Equestria Daily as often as I check the CoH forums. And I'm reading fanfiction and following fan comics on DeviantArt. This show has grabbed me - much the way that City of Heroes did eight years ago.
So with the end of City of Heroes looming, I just wanted to thank the CoH/MLP:FiM fans in this community for inspiring me to try something that seemed outside my comfort zone. Its appropriate somehow that my new obsession sprang out of my old obsession. And to anyone who's still wondering about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic give it a chance, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. -
The teaming tools - sidekicking/exemplaring, global channels, the team-up teleporter, the LFG channel. City has always made it simple to hook up with your friends or even complete strangers. No other MMO I've tried as done it as well.
Character customization - the costume creator, varies powerset selections, customizable powers. You may not be able to make everything you can think off, but you can make a lot of it. Again far more than in most MMOs I've tried.
The Community - beats me how this one came about, maybe its just the kind of folks who chose to play superheroes (except I've been in both the CO and DCUO betas and that ain't it). But for whatever reason this game has an awesome community. If you have a problem shouting out in Broadcast will usually get you the answer you need - even in Atlas Park. These forums are unusually civil compared to others I'm lurked in, our "flame wars" would be most forums average Tuesday.
The Devs - our Dev team has a history of being really open with the player base. They listen and more importantly they talk to us - about what they want to do, what they can't do, and above all why. Its nice to be treated like an adult and not an annoying distraction. And their passion for improving the game always showed through, even if you didn't like their decisions you had to acknowledge they were doing what they thought was best for the game. -
I plan to be there.

I assume the objects you are having your issue with are all desks. Any object that has the desk coding (ie: you can place stuff on top of it) will be unable to move or be deleted while there is something touching the desktop.
Luckily there is a way around it without taking everything off the desk. Select the piece you want to move and drag it to a different room in your base. It can now be deleted. -
