Are GMs still answering base petitions

YUMMY Low-Hanging Fruit for BASE LUV
One thing that usually works for me is to place and then remove an aux power item like a circuit breaker, or whatever the arcane equivalent is called if you're using arcane power. Alternatively, remove and then replace one if you're maxed out.
That doesn't always fix it, but if you haven't tried that already, it usually clears it up for me.
I know at least GMs are answering trouble tickets over harassment issues. I would suspect they may be able to reset base rent as well.
I see myself as witty, urbane, highly talented, hugely successful with a keen sense of style. Plus of course my own special brand of modesty.

I don't know the answer firsthand, but since the GMs work for NCSoft and not Paragon there shouldn't be any difference.

Hello. I am sorry for the tardiness of this answer: Yes the GM's will fix your "Rent Paid but no Power" base glitches. They did this for me last week. Good Luck. Happy Gaming. I hope to see you in the next one whichever that might be.

A couple of my bases have the annoying "rent paid up but no power and control" problem. In the past I always had to petition to get this problem fixed.
Does anyone know if GMs are still answering petitions, or did they go away when the devs did?
