According to this the pet problem for avoids the green is fixed in the next patch. (which is tommorrow)

I thought I was stuck in this situation, too, but when they introduced the trials, they also added recipes for Alpha slot enhancements using the new incarnate salvage. You just need to scroll down the list to see options when you're in the Create tab.

My hope for that one is that the phrase "in the final battle versus Anti-Matter" applies to both "no one die" and "destroy any terminals"
Still difficult. Still requires you to get 23 like-minded people, but maybe doable. -
