Well, for my input... I don't have any specific coding ruleset... But, I would like to see an RP server with special rules to encourage RP put into place and actually enforced. 'course, it's harder for me to define these rules off the top of my head in a modern game like CoH than it would be in a fantasy game.

Badge channel? That'd be more along the lines of modifying to global channels than making a single server with a new ruleset.

Vines is just a pattern, not whole costume pieces.

To me, it appears to be just a fun thread. "What would you like to see", but no expectations of any of the ideas actually being used, given that the devs have been pretty clear about no special ruleset servers. I wouldn't call that a "pad" thread, though.

Well, if by "serious", you mean expecting to get any of the ideas implemented, I agree with you. But if you mean seriously looking for people's fantasy rulesets, then I see no evidence to support that.

Arc's been up since a couple weeks after AE went in and it's only had two people rating it. Same with my other arc. Do I suck that bad?

Personally, I did not enjoy WOW. I did not enjoy the need to have a guild to enjoy the good content. I did not enjoy the idea of having to start from scratch every time the level cap went up. I didn't like doing a 3 hour mission and getting nothing for it.

I dont know about you, but solo play is 100x more boring in mmo's. Half the reason they are so succesful is the fact its a massively multiplayer game. Playing with friends and your guild/supergroup is half the fun. again imo, maybe if your anti social and a lone wolf you'll enjoy playing with yourself...

For many people "playing with other people" doesn't require actually teaming with them. There is far more player interaction than that in MMOs. I enjoy soloing most of the time because I've had so many experiences with bad teams that it's just not worthwhile for me to risk PUGing very often.

Which is pretty funny because Psi Assault got an overall buff. As I recall from reading, one power got beaten with the nerfbat, and that was an AOE power. The rest of the set got boosted more than enough to compensate.

Yes, because they all wear signs over their heads that say "I MA PL'D TO 50!" over their heads. And it's not just teaming with them that effects everyone else. Their very presence in the game effects everyone. Plus the fact that their actions lead to the rest of us having to bear the nerfs that come from it. Squashing that action is best for the overall health of the game, but it does come at a heavy cost sometimes. And the fault is no one's but the idiots who exploit such things.
