Detention Field however is not a Phase/Intangibility power and is a Foe Capture (Special) and basically immobilizes a foe, prevents harm against him or by him and also disallows him from affecting allies. The affected foe can still affect themselves.
Sonic Cages as far as I am aware is a Sonic Resonance clone of the above.
Reading the OP it seem's you may be confused between actual Intangibility and Foe Capture (Special) - hope this clears it up for you -

I recently got my Disruptor Badge and with it my Longbow Warden 2 - So far my Peacebringer has farmed the first 2 heal badges - I would be very interested in running some Arena heal farms.
Day Job badges are kool and all but anyone can solo those easily at anytime but Arena Heal farmz generally need the help of others in game. -
I am personally against any of the Epic AT's being able to sideswitch, normal AT's I can make sense out of but the Epic's are Epically Good or Evil and I personally do not wish to see good guy Arachnos running around AP.
If they were to implement this feature for Epic AT's the only sensible ports I could imagine are twofold.
a) Warshades reverting to their evil Nictus ways when goin' redside.
b) Arachnos switching to Longbow coming across when deciding to go true blue
Just my two cents worth -
It's a very handy way to keep a tabs on Regen/Recov rates, influence etc etc.

Interesting, this is the last badge in this line I need... I could put all my 3000 Brain Storm Ideas to use as well as the TONS of Base Salvage I still have....

I really like what I can do with my sig thanks to the new forums, I can have my little spiel for my main toon and then include images linking to my Badge Hunter and CoH Faces.

It may take abit of time (in my case 3 months in Bloody Bay) but there is a great sense of accomplishment with this badge. -
After spending a good hour on the forums here having a browse to make myself familiar with the new layout I can say I am very impressed it.
I know not everyone likes change and having to get used to new things (Post i13 PvP for one lol) but I think there is a lot of potential with the new structure.

I'm still not quite understanding the knack of how to win and move up in the Swiss Draw matches. I always won the matches I was fighting against last night but I *never* got pulled into a 2nd round?
How does it work, do you win your round - go back to Arena click on the kiosk thing and get pulled into round 2?
Some help please someone as I have all the other Arena related badges. -

It really would make sense to publish i14 and put the Super Booster 2: Magic into the shop at the same time.
Im looking forward to the MA content but I guess it wont be everyones cup of tea and perhaps having the new booster for play would go towards pacifying those players. -

I would really like to say a BIG thank you to Positron and Synapse for fixing this up for the player base.
I got my 1000th Longbow defeat a few days into i13 and being denied 2 badges on my main badge collector toon with no explanation why except "This badge is not intended for Heroes" response I got from my petitions to GM's was SO frustrating!
I look forward to i14 for reasons beyond the Mission Architect now.... YAY! -

My Twinkle Boy has Group Energy Flight and I've never really picked up on a noticeable end drain (even when carrying a full team but maybe thats just because I have stamina). That said removing the -tohit might be nice as it is a primary pool power.
This power is quite useful when teaming Flashbacks set up with AT Only as noone else has travel powers and I can carry the whole team from one mission to another. -

I got this from a a thread in this section titled "A Compiled List of Binds."
All you would need to do is type in /bind and then paste each line above with it to get the Heal Other power to work.
I have a lvl 26 empath and these binds work wonders. I even went a step further and made binds for each buffing power, i.e. Clear Mind and Fortitude, and eventually Adrenaline Boost.
For those binds I simply combine numpad1-8 with another key, like control and alt. So for clear mind right now I'm using:
/bind lalt+numpad1 "+ $$teamselect 1$$powexec_name Clear Mind"
etc. etc. through numpad8. This will bind it so when you hold the left alt key and hit numpad1, you will cast Clear Mind on teammate #1.
Meanwhile with Fortitude, I use:
/bind lctrl+numpad1 "+ $$teamselect 1$$powexec_name Fortitude"
and of course change "1" to each corresponding teammate for each bind. This will make it so if you hit the left control key with numpad1 you will cast Fortitude on teammate 1.
Lastly, you could alter "lalt" and "lctrl" to be "ralt" and "rctrl" for the right alt and control keys.
The OP's binds are more orderly and probably a few lines shorter than these, but trying each out I would say the above binds are alot quicker to use in combat!

I tried this and I kept getting an error I removed the "+ $$" from each bind and tried again and now they work, not sure why this happens but thanks for the binds -
I think it was added this year, but the /sync command really can be invaluable at times.
Its really a very useful little thing, I seem to get de-synched with a great regularity.
These moments seem to come at critical times on Task Forces, and being able to quickly try to re-sync on the fly is something I've grown to love.
