Open your Powers window (above your tray) then click on Combat Attributes. Go through the list and right click on the items you want to see and select "Monitor..."
I generally Monitor XP to level (on non-50s), Inf, and last chance toHit, on all characters. Certain others I monitor Defense values, Endurance consumption and Recovery, Regeneration values, Mezz Protection, or Damage Bonus depending on individual needs.

It's a very handy way to keep a tabs on Regen/Recov rates, influence etc etc.
My standard set of things to monitor are:
Regeneration Rate
Recovery Rate
Endurance Consumption
XP to Level
Last Hit Chance
Depending on the AT and what powers I have, I sometimes monitor others. Damage Bonus, Recharge Bonus, and PvE Stealth Radius are 3 that I use on a lot (but not all) of my characters. Tankers/Scrappers/Brutes often have one or more of the defense or resistance numbers monitored as appropriate.

I see in a lot of screen shots that people have this box of stats on their screen. I downloaded HeroStats but it doesn't look that same.
What or how do i go about getting this box to show up?
