Getting influence is simple at level TWO. Run the tutorial but do not use the inspirations you get. When you enter Atlas, beat up some Hellions to get influence then head to Wentworths and post the Resurgence for as much as you can. This will take care of all your low level enhancements. I had 2 million at level 6 on my scrapper on Protector.

I've played since 2004, close beta tested COV when it was a "seperate" game. The cap for level has always been 50. Just curious if it is ever going up?

There just needs to be a level cap increase. Do it like WoW, 10 at a time. Go to lvl 60.

Some are around, but mostly because they don't know what they're doing. Fact is, blaster melee attacks don't have a point anymore. You can do the same, or better damage with the ranged attacks, so it makes no sense whatsoever to get in melee.

The Feature teaser has been released. Closed Beta is going to start real soon. According to Kerensky, Closed Beta is going to be very short (probably just very initial debugging under a soft load) before moving quickly to open beta. So, I'm guessing I11 will be released a few weeks before the Winter Event, i.e., early to mid December, thus meeting their three-issue-per-year goal.
